Por favor, dirigirse a la reseña de Nicolás Montero para entender la mía.Evidentemente la que no sabe de riesgos laborales es la empresa, que cuando vino a hacer el presupuesto no advirtió estos riesgos que ahora sí advierte. Se trata de pasar una manguera desde una casa a través de una ventana hasta el parking como siempre hemos hecho con otras empresas serias. Riesgo 0 (nadie se tiene que colgar de ningún sitio ni nada parecido), es más, somos los vecinos los que pasamos la mangueraAdemás de todo, vienen a limpiar el parking (para lo que hemos tenido que movilizar a todos los vecinos) sin manguera. ¿Cómo pensábais limpiarlo con agua si no es con manguera? Evidentemente el que hizo el presupuesto no advirtió muchas cosas.Por último, si dejas la opción de poner una reseña, no contestes mal cuándo alguien la pone mala, quedas mal. Es mejor pedir disculpas y sobre todo, no pedir por WhatsApp que la retiren.Dicho esto, buscaremos una empresa SERIA que sí quiera trabajar.

Porque no se puede poner un 0, pero me parece una vergüenza de empresa, vinieron a hacer un presupuesto de una limpieza de parking, avisamos que no había agua en el parking, nosotros propusimos sacar agua de una casa para llevarla hasta el parking, dijeron que si movilizamos a todos los vecinos de la comunidad del parking en mover sus coches y quitar todos los trastos para que puedan limpiar bien, llegado el día vienen a su hora empiezan a buscar agua, cómo ya habíamos avisado no encontraron nos dicen que vienen en media hora con una manguera para llevarla al parking y al rato nos mandan un mensaje diciendo que por política de la empresa no pueden hacer la limpieza por falta de aguaImpresentable empresa, una vergüenza.Por cierto los jefes" no atienden el teléfono porque no les gusta

Beware!! This company is not what the slick salesman Chris Ellis tells you it is. They may clean carpets but certainly not floors or houses and definitely NOT PAINTING!Chris Ellis promised the world, to fully paint internally and externally my two level 4 bedroom holiday house. He said it will be all done including cleaning and sealing of all the floors. The painting was promised to be completed ready for our renovations within three weeks and will be done by his full crew. We found that the crew only consisted of his brother-in-law, the painting work took almost four months, not three weeks as promised. All the work was second rate and shoddy, areas not done or complete. Woodwork such as doors and shutters totally unprepared and just painted over, beginning to peel already after two weeks of exposure. Paint splatter everywhere even though we have paid extra EUR1000.00 for cleaning.After chasing Chris Ellis repeatedly over three months, given several excuses and promises, he postponed the work again to 2019, dropped me as a client and decided his golfing holiday was far more important. My only option was to wait again another two-three months when he is ready.These people, which only consist of Chris Ellis, his wife and brother in-law will take your money and offer the world. I paid them fully up-front because I trusted Chris Ellis and listening to his sad stories. I am now having another painter to repair and finish the work and also contracting another floor cleaning company that is doing the job again which was also inferior.Since we live overseas, we have to employ decorators and trades people. In our short four week visit in Mallorca, we have since learnt from property managers, interior designers and builders that, MCC CleanSolutions have a bad reputation and have been thrown out of previous jobs by owners. Similarly, I have done the same. Lesson learnt! So beware. For any major work, my advise is to check around and talk to property managers.
