Secret Garden Restaurant
We had a wonderful Christmas dinner here in the intimate and cosy internal dining room. It was a delicious 3 course meal with lovely, friendly service. The setting is quite magical with a beautiful garden (that was fully decorated despite us dining inside). The food was delicious and the wine was great quality. Secret Garden deserves to be a success. Check it out, highly recommended.

We have had a great dinner and a lovely time in this place. First some wine in the garden and for dinner we moved inside. We enjoyed the special bread, fillet and beef Wellington.The restaurant itself has a very tastefull interior with an eye for nice details! Lights in every direction you look.The staff is very nice and make your stay very personal.We really recommend this place in this nice little Spanish town.

I do recommend booking as we were unable to get a table on the day.A lovely welcome by Edy and some beautiful orange hand oil to cleanse our hands.We had the black beer bread and black garlic olive oil. A nice start.The prawn St Jacque stater was tasty. A good amount of prawns and nice rich cheesy sauce and creamy mash topping.Main of beef Wellington was again good. Glazed pastry filled with beef wrapped in ham and mushroom pate. Very good dauphinoise potatoes. Really flavoursome sauce to go with it. It was a bit awkward to eat as served" with the potatoes in a pot on parchment paper. But soon sorted that by placing them on the plate so they could mix with the lovely sauce. The beef itself for a fillet was cooked more than I'd usually have but that's just personal preference. Flavour wise it was great.Dessert we opted for the lemon cheesecake. It was a big portion. Great food and lovely atmosphere! Definitely worth the drive up to village of Canillas de Aceituno. Pasta was great, and so was the stake. They had also paella 8€/portion (Sunday), we have to try that next time!

Fuimos mi pareja y yo el sábado noche, y desde que entramos el lugar nos cautivo.Es precioso, muy romántico, muy acogedor,,,De primeras nos atendió uno de los dueños y nos dio un servicio fuera de lo común.. increíble, super detallistas.Con respecto a la comida,,, que decir,, pocos platos pero de calidad y sabor inmejorable..Repetiremos seguroEs un oasis que no esperas encontrar en un pueblito de montaña..Gracias
