Friendly, helpful and reasonably priced service. Staff are lovely. We called to say there was traffic restrictions and we may be late dropping of cars. They said please don't worry, we know about the traffic and please take your time. Highly recommended...

My father and myself rented two cars for two days, both cars we got were in excellent condition and both were a pleasure to drive. I found the staff were very helpful and kind. I have no complaints and I’ll be sure to use FC car rental again when I’m back! Thanks

Terrible company! Very rude staff! Have a problem to accept UK credit card, you rent a car 45 euros a day need to pay deposit in the event of accident and £300 freeze your money because they don’t accept HSBC bank ! You need to drop off a car same they before 20pm but we booked at 8:45am. Definitely avoid this company. Still waiting to get my money back.

Nosotros utilizamos el servicio a través del hotel globales santa lucia y la verdad que fue todo muy bien , alquilamos el coche basico por 5 días nos toco un fiat panda que bueno hizo su funcion muy bien aun que para visitar algunos pueblitos de la montaña le costaba ya que tenia pocos caballos pero la verdad que nos hizo su funcion muy bien , al cogerlo por el hotel teniamos muchas bentajas como el deposito y un precio especial !

Buen servicio y bien atendidos, pero el producto es malo. Las condiciones del coche eran malas, las ruedas estaban comidas, cachos de goma saltados, presiones incorrectas, ni 15 minutos hasta que el coche nos dio la luz de revisar los neumáticos.Creo que alquilar un coche así no debería de ser legal.Deberían de revisar más a fondo los coches y preocuparse de que el producto que ofrecen este en condiciones.

This place was convenient for us. Also the cheapest. The cars are giving, what looks like, a cats lick of a clean on the outside and very little of a clean on the inside. So dirty wing mirrors and glass in general as a result. Check your car before you leave, both outside and in. Bring the attention of the company and away you go.
