RUN! It's a criminal enterprise, only concerned with MONEY.... YOURS! I wish I'd taken note of the 100s of bad experiences across the web for this shambles of a 'university'.Complete scam!Rapid to take your money. Yet when they cancel the course at their end, they refuse to return the registration fee... which legally, they will be forced to do with massive interest applied (I'm not letting them get away with this). Bunch of criminals with no morals, no common sense.If you are thinking about this uni, run and hide! They'll scam you. Beware.

Fantastic school by the Real Madrid FC themselves...Fantastic people be it the International Manager Mr. Paulo Dinis or the General Manager Ms. Maria..Very knowledgeable and friendly team members and they have a fantastic campus here in Alcabendos...very diverse student background from multiple countries and 2 batches one in English and one in Spainish..

Called 9 times in 2 days regarding a programme I only enquiries about. Did not ask for a call back but they will hound you if you even enquire. Don't bother enquiring.

Like a previous Content is good but horrible experience with the support and organisation indeed is terribleI ve asked for certificates so many times by email and phone calls and through the websiteThey sent me certificates of other students and took them 1 year to let me know what was going on

Pésima atención al cliente.Después de varias llamadas realizadas por mi, ya queno me llamaban a pesar de haberlo solicitado en su web, llamadas con tiempos interminables a la espera, cuando por fin consigo hablar con alguien y exponerle mi voluntad de realizar uno de los Masters y que me corria prisa en tomar la decisión, me dicen que me llamaran de nuevo;sin falta, al día siguiente para contestarme con los criterios de admisión y una semana después, aún sigo a la espera de su contestación.Intento de nuevo ponerme en contacto y otra vez a la espera... En fin terminé decidiendo por otro Master.

The academic content may be of good level, but the organization and support is terrible. Being a remote student, receiving individualized help was impossible. My online content has vanished from one day to the other: I made a dozen of calls, without ever finding a solution. Now i'm waiting again in line - they probably have recognized my number and won't pick up anymore, just because the employees are avoiding responsibility and problem solving. 13 minutes waiting...
