Emily is just pure magic. Her wisdom shines through in her work. I felt reborn after a reiki session with her. I have been lucky enough to also experience Yoga with her and that was also such a wonderful class. I highly recommend both yoga and reiki with Emily she really is amazing!

It was magical having reiki with Emily. It was the most powerful it has been since she did her reiki 3 training. There was so much going on in my crown and third eye and I could feel the waves of energy so strongly in these areas from her hands while a lot was coming through for her. She was writing notes of what came through as there was so much, some of it we needed to Google what it meant afterwards! I usually find reiki to be for relaxing me and trusting Emily to clear whatever needs to be cleared, but this time also having some messages from my guides and angels was really nice to get these messages through so clearly.

My first reiki session with Emily blew my mind and totally exceeded my expectations. I’d never had reiki before but after just one session I really feel like a shift has happened. Her energy was so warm and welcoming. The moment I stepped through the door I felt relaxed. I cannot recommended her enough. I will be keeping up the sessions everytime i visit Ibiza without doubt.

Soul Chak Seven was my first yoga retreat and I can honestly say it was one one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself! I’ve experienced so many positive transformations from this retreat, both physically and emotionally. The months leading up to it were particularly stressful and I hadn’t been very kind to myself, barely stopping to breathe. Since coming home, I have a healthier attitude towards so many aspects of my life.I’ve been practicing yoga with Emily for several years now hers and Rosie’s practices on this retreat complimented each other beautifully. I’d never done any power yoga until this retreat - I always thought it would be too hard - but, I loved how strong it made me feel and how inclusive Rosie’s classes were, regardless of ability. Emily’s slow flow and free movement practices in the beautiful tipi were the perfect end to the day. Her teaching style is so intuitive and I always feel like she knows exactly what my body needs. She’s an incredible reiki and energy healer too.Everything about this retreat was so beautifully thought through and planned. The location was perfect, surrounded by nature, an amazing pool to relax around, the tipi for evening practices and the gorgeous terrace which was perfect for the amazing treatments.Last but not least, it was a fantastic way of meeting like minded people and the women I met on this retreat were amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a lovelier group of people to spend the week with!I can’t wait for the next one!x

Emily connected quickly our reiki session and was able to identify blockages, discuss them in a comfortable and safe space and help to clear them. She combined the session with breathing techniques to clear channels and I felt energy was flowing easily through me afterwards :)
