Stayed at Hotel Monnaber for a weekend of cycling, with bikes provided by bikeexperiencemallorca.The service was excellent. Very good quality bikes. The delivery of the bikes was punctual, and Andreu was a great help with suggestions for rides.Very much recommended.

Muy buena calidad precio

Incredibly disappointed. I reserved a bike for a holiday that was cancelled (Covid) and provided FULL notice as required to return my deposit - which was acknowledged and I was told I would receive the deposit back - but not paid it back over 2 months later... appreciate times are tough but that goes for everyone. And this is nothing short of theft.

We have just returned from an amazing week in Mallorca, riding in the Serra de Tramuntana mountains - the ride up & down the MA-10 coastal road is to die for! It was all made possible by Bike Experience Mallorca and in particular by Andreu who was our point of contact and who delivered our 2015 Cervelo S3s to our apartment. Andreu couldn't have been more helpful, making sure that the bikes were a perfect fit, had a UK brake configuration and supplying a Garmin Edge 1000, track pump, spare tubes, route map and bike insurance. Highly recommended!!

Awesome service. Dropped bike off at hotel. Gave us track pump to borrow. Bikes were great quality at a good price (Giant Advanced TCR with Di2). Then picked up at hotel after we left.

Great people! Hired some Cannondale synapse bikes and they helped with the adjustments etc no problems! Also helped with some routes and a mid trip saddle change!

Also zuverlässig sind die schon mal nicht. Ich sitze hier und warte seit 40 Minuten auf die Lieferung meines Fahrrades Erst auf Anfrage meldeten die sich bei mir. Ich habe im Vorfeld einen kleinen Betrag angezahlt. Es ist ärgerlich, da es der einzige Radlieferservice auf Mallorca ist.Ich warte jetzt eine Stunde, dieser Laden ist Null zu empfehlen Gebucht habe ich ein Mountainbike, also gehe ich von einem Mountainbike aus mit dicken Reifen und vor allem stabilen Reifen mit guten Profil. Bekommen habe ich eine Bereifung für ein Rennrad und dazu noch fast abgefahren. Also noch mal dieser Service ist nicht zu gebrauchen. Auf Nachfrage wird gesagt ich habe kein MTB bestellt.Heute ist Übergabe wenn der Fahrer nicht pünktlich ist lasse ich das Fahrrad vor dem Hotel stehen.
