El peor servicio del mundo como puede ser posible que NI COJAN EL TLEEFONO NI RESPONDEN EMAILS ni estén en la oficina te tiran el internet lo tienes pagado y no contestan ni los puedes localizar de ninguna manera llevo 2 días sin internet y nada so ys unos ladro nes yo nose si esto es una tapa dera o algo por que no contestan ni los correos ni tlfn ni nada supongo que esto será para limpiar din ero por que si no cogen el tlfn ni contestan y los pocos servicios que tenéis pues... Un as co todo

1 estrella y porque no puedo menos. Si quieres una compañía que tiene microcortes entre 5-10 minutos un par de veces o tres por semana, esta es la indicada, no tienen soporte telefónico en fines de semana, si trabajas fines de semana y tiene un corte, suerte con ellos. Entre semana la ayuda que ofrece atencion al cliente es nefasta derivándote siempre a ''un técnico se pondrá en contacto contigo'' y nunca hay una llamada....

Booked an appointment on Thursday with A2Z for 2.00pm on Friday. By 3.00pm they had not turned up somI called them and was eventually told they would becoming later on Friday afternoon.Frustratingly they didn’t turn up and never phoned me back to let me know. They have completed wasted my wife and I’s time, they have been just so ignorant.

OK my Internet went down Friday evening and A2Z office is Monday to Friday so without Internet for the weekend. Went into La Torre office Monday morning very pleasant lady assisted me. Engineer sent and all fixed within 24 hours. He was excellent and very personableThanks

Very disappointed. Tried to request a call out through customer service. The man in the call centre was very unhelpful. Wouldn't deal with us because we are new owners.Told us to send an email.Emailed the company & was asked to send a copy of passport. Sent this then waited all day & received no reply. Drove half an hour to the office & arranged call out for day after. Man stated our box was faulty & connected us without the box . A week after call out we received a bill. When I queried this I was told it was because there wasn't a fault but for tuning TV & providing aerial. I have tried to explain that there was a fault but I'm getting nowhere. We are very unhappy new customers.

Lamentablemente, la calidad del servicio de atención al cliente deja mucho que desear. Es realmente frustrante y una verdadera pena tener que soportar extensos períodos sin conexión a internet debido a una gestión deficiente por parte del proveedor. Esperamos una pronta solución a esta situación, ya que afecta negativamente nuestra productividad y satisfacción como usuarios.

2 years of sheer frustration, expensive & poor customer service, with the odd exception, some of the engineers have been helpful.But an internet provider that offers no service outside normal office hours in this day & age is incredible! How are business owners supposed to operate on this basis, particularly those dealing internationally.Judging by the poor reviews no lessons have been learnt over the years and no apparent wish by management to improve things either, there seems to be a total lack of accountability, with staff believing it acceptable to be rude to customers.
