Grupotel Port d'Alcúdia

Just spent a week at Grupotel Port d'Alcudia and have only good things to say. Really lovely hotel and great location for the beach, port and old town, nice walk to old town and market is great! Stayed with husband, parents and 1 year old and found the hotel perfect for families. Pool and hotel really nice, food was delicious and loads of choice every meal, lots of gluten free options which was great as my father has celiac disease. Rooms where great, everything we needed, cleaning staff tidied everyday and made sure we had plenty of fresh dry towels thank you to all the staff in housekeeping you where great.The staff really make the hotel experience exceptional, everyone we spoke to were super friendly, great with kids and just genuinely couldn't do enough for you, they all work so hard and really made our holiday amazing, thank you to each and everyone of you. We spoke to Jose and Toni the most in the restaurant and our little boy loved them, they are incredible at there jobs. I wish we knew everyone's names so we could mention then all but everyone was truly lovely. Would stay again and recommend to everyone

Una semana estupenda de vacaciones habitaciones grandes y lo mejor el personal los camareros unos profesionales empezando por Antonio te da los buenos días muy alegres y todos sus compañeros no quiero olvidarme de todos lo recomiendo desayuno buenísimo con zumo de naranja natural exprimido en máquina tu mismo volveremos gracias por todo a todo el personal como cuidan a los huéspedes

Hotel situado un poco apartado de la zona mas céntrica. Con lo malo que tiene pero también lo bueno para aparcar i tranquilidad.Servicio de recepción y restauración muy amable. El de limpieza justito. La hab estaba limpia al llegar xo la limpieza diaria muy justa.No puedo opinar de la comida ya que no hice uso del buffet.Habitaciones muy amplias y confortables. Bien equipadas y buen mantenimiento.Piscina y jardín bien. Con un amplio horario q facilita el baño.

El hotel tiene una buena relación calidad precio. Está bien situado, a 5-10 minutos de la playa. El buffet está bastante bien pero deberían modificar el horario de las cenas pues es demasiado pronto, de 19 a 21h. Los camareros (José Manuel, Antonio, Carmen, etc.) y el maitreToni son muy agradables. La animación también es bastante buena, pero muy adaptada al público extranjero que es el mayoritario en el hotel. La única pega es que a veces el aire acondicionado no funcionaba muy bien.

Amazing hotel. Staff were friendly.Great value for money. Big balcony. The hotel and our room was always cleaned perfectly. Big pool and there was always sun beds available . We tried dinner in the hotel and it was great. Good prices too. Location is great you have a few restaurants around and a lidl close by. If you want more ‘ autentic’ less touristy restaurants alcudia town has great restaurants and closer to the port of alcudia also has nicer ones.

Just stayed here for 10 days.Nice modern looking hotel, rooms were lovely though the pillows weren't very comfortable. My safe wasn't working, I informed reception and a handyman was at my door in minutes to fix it.The staff were excellent, Toni in the restaurant is a complete legend! We loved him.Food was very tasty, good variety.Supermarket opposite the hotel about a 10 minute walk to the beach.Pool is great, area is clean.We had a lovely holiday, thankyou very much

Apartments are all well equipped, rooms a good size and cleaned regularly. The food is good, breakfast consists of cereal, full English, pancakes ,curros, salad, toast some days smoked salmon.Entertainment is only on for 1hr a night, and if you're the partying kind, this isn't for you as all drinks stop at midnight and lights all go out!! It's a shame as we like to socialise.The all-inclusive also isn't really as you can't get anything after 9 pm when the restaurant shuts. No snacks, ice creams. It's a bit too quiet for our 7 grown-up teens

The hotel is located a street from the beach. The pool and rooms are big, nice and well equiped. But it is sad to receive torn sheets for a 4 stars hotel. Also I had to make a specific request at the reception to get new soap supplies. And it was not taken into consideration. We ended to buy the shower gel and this is not something usual for a 4 stars hotel.

Good Hotel, close to the beach and Shops and cafes and bars. Staff are helpful. Lovely clean pool. Room was adequate, despite being cleaned every 2 days, it was still dirty. Was not equipped with anything such as washing up liquid, toilet roll etc. I get we went Self-Catering but I thought it would be standard? Another group we was stopping with was also self catering and they received what we didn’t. Entertainment wasn’t great if you have kids. Probably teens. I feel this hotel is not a 4 star , more a 3.This hotel, personally I find is more for Couples (adults) rather than children.Thank you for the stay :)

Great rooms and service offer. Got an outdoor and indoor pool, some activities next to the outside pools like snooker and table tennis tables, gym and bar. The staff was friendly and helpful. In walking distance from the beach, but some other form of transportation is required to get to the area with more restaurant options
