Customer service is almost nonexistent. Have phoned and been to the local office, but no one seems to know what’s going on. Apparently Teleast has been bought out by Avatel, so far their customer service has been very good.

Very bad service, very incompetent, very arrogant.Three times they send me away to get new documents, although i asked them The frist time for adequate information.So, we went to al Campo and there we took The WiFi. Without problems.Now i tell everyone to avoid teleast in The Zenia boulevard.

Vi är mycket nöjda med denna leverantör av WiFi. (Butiken ligger i butiksraden mittemot kassorna i AlCampo.) Som hos alla andra leverantörer är det överbelastat vissa tider på dygnet (t.ex. mellan kl 21-23). Vi betalar för de dagar vi använder tjänsten och de är snabba med att starta uppkopplingen (vi har parabolmottagning, men de har också fiber med fast abonnemang).

It seems since December that their transmitter in La Zenia is faulty. I arrived to no television. Did you know beachside properties on the 332 can not have fibre optic.It also seems that they have been taken over by Telecom that may be for customers positive.

I agree totally a joke I'd rather pay and use my phone I'm sick of being cut off when I'm a loyal customer for 10 yrs they wouldn't cut us off when or bill is due never again

I would not have these people for love nor money. I have paid on a regular basis for over 5yrs, the customer service.is abysmal . Everytime you ring there is a cut off. Engineers have been out and said its normal to lose programmes and did not check that an 80 odd yr old man is ok with telephone, Internet etc.do not use these people. They do not care.
