It was super nice to have a bike in Valencia. The bike's are good and we used it for 3 days to go to the beach or around the city. Super useful !We will take them again during our holidays !

Ruzafa Bike Rent - El Carmen
We locked our old rental bike with 2 locks and it got stolen. We had an insurance but no one informed us we still had to pay €250 for a old bike. We’ll never return. Spread the word please.

I hired the bike for a day and it was a great way to explore Valencia! It’s was cheap to hire and the bike was great. It was also good to have the option of dropping the bike back to one of their other locations.I would definitely use these bikes again and recommend to visitors!

Muy recomendable! Nosotros alquilamos 5 bicicletas todo el día y pagamos 7€ por bici. Para los niños menores de 16 hay casco incluido. Los candados de las bicis son fuertes. El chico muy amable. Nos consiguió una bicicleta más grande para un niño. Valencia es espectacular para ir en bici. Por todo el centro se puede ir por las calles ya que sólo algunos tramos tiene carril, pero el resto de Valencia tiene carril. Muy recomendable es el antiguo cauce del río Turia que llega al Museo de las Ciencias y de las Artes y desde allí se puede ir a la playa de la Malvarrosa.

Easy! And best customer service. We rented bikes with our 22-month old child. George was helpful in making sure the child seat was safe and we knew safety tips for riding with a little one on the back. They had a helmet for him included in the cost. We biked from town to the beach and George took the time to show us the best places for parking our bikes and the route to ride. Great prices, too. Thank you!!

Hemos alquilado bicicleta de paseo 3 días, el dwrvivio es muy rápido y Jorge que nos atendió 2 de los días, muy amable.De las bicis hay de todo, les vendría bien un poco más de mantenimiento pero por el precio ( 7 euros al día más 3 de seguro opcional devolviéndola a las 20 horas) no se puede pedir mucho más.Si vuelvo a Valencia repetiré.

Amazing experience with Colin at Ruzafa's El Cabanyal shop. He gave us the best recommendations for biking in and around Valencia for our 3 day rental and the bikes worked perfectly and are very well-maintained. The price is also. hard-to-beat, especially considering the 5 star service this company provides. Biking around Valencia was the definite highlight of our trip!
