Budget Alquiler de coches
A counter is located at the airport (in Gibraltar), but the parking is in Spain, just next to a frontier, what makes things easier as it's much faster to cross the frontier on foot than by car. The problem is that you aren't allowed to cross the border by rented car even if you want e.g. to see Gibraltar and I truly don't understand why.Even though I booked a car in advance when I arrived there was nobody, after few minutes waited I finally called on provided number and somebody arrived after around 20 minutes. It happens you have to wait but due to a queue no because there's nobody...After that everything went smooth - normal procedure at the counter, parking and a car was easy to find, you don't need to go to the airport (and cross the frontier) to return key but you leave it in the parking, just few hours later I got an e-mail with rental summarize and deposit was returned.Small minus for the car which was new, clean and in good technical condition but visually it looked bad - lots of scratches and dents.
