Stayed here on half board,excellent location.rooms are basic but spotless,but then who wants to spend their holiday sitting in a room.Food in the dining room was great with the staff being very helpful and friendly.the location is literally two minutes walk from the sea front and some very good restaurants.I would love to return here again very soon.

This was the nicest hotel I’ve ever been to!Upon arrival, we were offered a glass of champagne to enjoy in the beautiful and pleasantly smelling lobby.Right after we finished our champagne, we were granted a free upgrade to a suite with a much nicer view!The hotel staff was extraordinarily friendly, helpful and charming!They were always available whenever you needed something.The room was beautiful, nicely decorated with a lot of light coming in due to the huge windows and glass doors that lead to the also very nice balcony with a breathtaking view over the beach and sea!Cleaning staff did a great job aswell!The bathroom had a very nice shower and two sinks!The spa located on the top floor is an absolute dream, with an infinity pool aligning perfectly with the ocean which makes you feel like you’re swimming above the endless blue.The area itself is a gem aswell, it was so nice to see that there’s still people singing, dancing and laughing - the locals were so nice and happy!The food in and around the hotel was very good too.Right outside the hotel is a very nice beach, not even a minute walk.If you do like walking tho, there’s a couple mile long path right next to the ocean on which you can jog early in the morning.And if you’re hungry after that and want to enjoy the hotel breakfast, you don’t ever have to worry about your cup or glass going empty because the staff is very attentive and offers you refills just in time!Also a big shotout to Camila, she’s an absolute Gem!I’m definitely coming back to this dreamy hotel! The location combined with their service and the hotel itself is just a 11/10 experience which I can only recommend.

Hotel moderno y con un ambiente muy agradable. tanto en el trato como en las habitaciones. El spa estaba casi vacio y pudimos disfrutar lo que quisieramos, esta cerca de todos los lugares, y el desayuno completisimo. Tuvimos un detalle por nuestro cumpleaños, cosa que se agradece!

Por mi trabajo viajo muchísimo y cuando toca vacaciones intento ir a un hotel algo especial, pues no me equivoco si digo que es uno de los mejores tratos que he recibido por parte del personal de un hotel, unos detalles personales como si hubiera venido durante años, (era mi primera estancia aquí). Las habitaciones grandes, cómodas, con diseño, limpieza perfecta. Zona balinesa excepcional, vistas maravillosas. Pero como digo el trato hace la diferencia y este personal la ha marcado, no sé quién hace las contrataciones pero mi enhorabuena. This was our first time in Cala Ratjada and therefore also in this hotel. As a professional in the hotel industry, I am always curious about what to expect, which gives me a different perspective on the things.We spent 10 days in this hotel at the beginning of August 2022 and I can draw the following conclusion:The hotel is contemporary and very modern. We really liked the somewhat minimalist style and despite a lot of glass and open rooms, the ambience was very cosy.The location can hardly be surpassed, as the hotel is directly on the beach and on the promenade, where you can watch the beach action from the pool without feeling like you are being watched.I mention the general cleanliness only for the sake of order, because the room, the bathroom and the public areas were always very clean.The reception was always extremely friendly and helpful. We were warmly welcomed and educated about everything, as it should be! As some guests had complained in past comments about the extra charges for the minibar and Nespresso machine, again we were made aware of this from the start.The service was also always attentive and extremely friendly, despite the punishingly hot weather. No matter how full and heavy the tray was in the restaurant or pool bar, they always stepped aside with a smile and let you go first. Super trained staff!Right from the start, we were greeted and seen off warmly at the restaurant desk every morning and evening, even in stressful situations, with a little small talk.The staff (Guest Relation, Chef & Sub Director) were quick to remember guests and room numbers. This is not necessarily common, considering that there is a general shortage of staff and skilled workers in this industry, which can quickly lead to stressful situations.In the kitchen, too, you notice that the chef knows his craft! There are daily changing highlights and a large selection of regional dishes that should really appeal to everyone, even vegans and vegetarians don't miss out here. The sustainability factor is also taken into account. This is evident in the fact that ingredients left over from the breakfast buffet are not directly discarded and are processed into a new creative dish for dinner.Add to this the extremely friendly ladies in the show kitchen, who prepared the food on point with a big smile and a lot of joy. Thank you for the great experience!I would also like to praise the wellness treatment, which was really very good and good value!Lastly, I have to mention the fitness area as a small point of criticism. It is located on the top floor and the view over the bay is breathtaking, but it is quite small and with 4 people or more, it is quite critical with the fitness equipment, then you have to move to the balcony in front.In summary, it was a holiday that was really worthwhile and we will gladly return to the hotel and recommend it to everyone.

From the time one steps foot into this hotel, one transitions into a dreamy world. The first thing that makes you fall in love with this hotel is the fragrance! The hotel emits a heavenly aroma!You are valued at each instance when you are with them! Starting from the reception, where upon arrival we were given free glass of champion and a pearl chocolate to taste, while we were filling up our necessary documents.Moving onto the room, the balcony and the view is something just out of someone‘s imagination. The room was spacious, the bathroom had a rain shower and two wash basins. They also provide shower bombs as complimentary attachments.The hotel is just by the beach, the ground floor have sun-beds facing the sea. I had visited them during a peak season, so finding a vacant seat was a tough challenge! The walk to the beach is just 2 minutes from the hotel. One can also walk just by the sea. There is a long stretch of road connecting to the city centre, just by the sea.Then, on to the most important, food. We had booked half board, so our breakfast and dinner was served. Special shout out to Camila, who took our good care! She knew who belonged to which room number and after the first day she in fact knew which beverage we prefer! The breakfast had a varied spread, on weekends they had specialities and live music. Dinner had a special grill section which served your choice of meat! Thanks to the Son Moll team and staff who took really good care of us. They even did not allow to get our glasses remain empty!There are special music shows on Thursdays and Sundays. One should not miss it at any cost! There are few additional amenities which one can also enjoy. The top floor had a Gym and Jacuzzi and indoor pool. There is a spa as well which offer different massages, which closes at 7:00 pm. There is an open swimming infinity pool facing the sea at the ground floor! One can also various drinks by the bar present by the pool.Son Moll team thanks for making our vacation a dreamy one! And we absolutely loved the gift! Now my house also smells like your lobby! Definitely recommended!
