The owner was lovely. However, this is probably the most money I’ve spent on a single pastry in all of Europe, and the quality was not so good.

Very very expensive and very pushy and unhelpful owner.Items have no prices, no touching of fruit, point to what you want from behind the glass (really?).The owner is happy to try to sell a sob story that big supermarkets are putting her out of business and she needs help for her son at university. All trying to squeeze money out of pilgrims.Albergues in town all warn NOT to go to this store. The owner has set it up to rip off pilgrims coming in to town.Pass by, the town is bigger than it seems and there is a good store just down the road.
