Doppelte Grundstücksgröße im Inserat angegebenWassereinbruch-Schadensabwicklung über Verkäufer nach Haus nicht erfolgt nach Bekanntmachung gegenüber Makler.Bei Hausübergabe Makler nicht zugegenDiverse Schäden am Haus, Funktionalität der Gerätschaften lt. Vertrag nicht gesichert und Küchengerät nach Kauf VOR Übergabe des Objektes heimlich entfernt. Hätte alles vom Makler verhindert bzw. festgestellt werden können...Das Ganze macht eine Flasche Wein leider auch nicht mehr gut..!
