We have bought and sold a few properties in Mallorca and Georgette at Pollensa Estates is the best. She sold our apartment about 2 years ago very quickly. The whole process was very easy. Recently sold out second property with Georgette. In my honest opinion she is the only agent that actually does some work. Too many just list the same properties and hope for the best. She actively promotes your property and finds the right buyer. Georgette also helps with the whole process of buying or selling as it can be quite complicated. She knows the whole system inside out. She is currently selling another property of ours. So using Georgette 3 times shows confidence in her ability. Overall highly recommended.

Georgette outlined the sale process from the beginning. Highly professional, but with a friendly and helpful touch. The web site is also very easy to negotiate, which is highly important to potential buyers. The photos she took and description of the apartment were great.Everything was explained in clear layman’s terms and nothing was too much trouble. Progressing a sale / purchase during the lock-down and the restrictions imposed was always going to be difficult and I’m pretty certain that it wouldn’t have happened without Georgette’s intimate local knowledge.We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Pollença Estates to anyone either buying or selling in the area. Nachdem unser Entschluss, die Wohnung zu kaufen, fest stand, kümmerte sich Frau Hayter um alles! Vom Anfang bis zum Ende lief alles reibungslos! Oft hat man das Gefühl, Makler würden alles sagen, nur um zu verkaufen….. Frau Hayter gab uns stets das Gefühl, in unserem Sinne zu handeln, zumal wir in Hamburg wohnen und somit nicht vor Ort sind!
