Went on the island tour today 27th Sept-really enjoyed it.All as described and all on time.The guide Angela and driver Franco were excellent.Angela very informative,Franco an excellent driver.All on time,no issues and had time to ourselves.Well done to all

Es ist einfach fantastisch hier. Ich kenne den Ort seit 1997 .Habe sogar 5 Jahre dort gewohnt.Fliege 2 mal im Jahr dort hin.Es ist nicht so überlaufen wie andere Orte.Mein Hotel liegt direkt am Meer.Wohne immer in der obersten Etage,und habe von dort einen tollen Ausblick. Bin zur Zeit durch meine Krankheit in der Bewegung sehr eingeschränkt,aber so ist vieles machbar.

Menorca-Busrundreise inkl. Fährüberfahrten und Hotel Transfers für 130 € am 26.4.23: Preis-Leistung war super. Wir sprechen von einem kompletten Tag, 7 Uhr morgens bis 20 Uhr. Martina die deutsche Auswandern hat alles gut erklärt und es gab viele interessante Stationen. Lohnt sich! Gar nicht gefallen hat mir die Wartezeit am Fährhafen in der Früh mit 2 Stunden sinnloser Wartezeit bis die Tickets ausgeteilt werden. Da muss vom Veranstalter mehr Flexibilität an den Tag gelegt werden. Wenn man wenig Teilnehmer aufsammeln muss, so wie an dem Tag, braucht man nur ein kleines Zeitfenster von 25 Minuten Vorlaufzeit ...

This tour company provided a time and place and we showed up before the appointment time, but they never came. When we called the number on their flyer, they claimed that they came and we were not there. There was another woman that was there earlier than us, so there are 3 people that can confirm that the bus did not come or came way earlier than the scheduled time and left without trying to reach missing passengers before just taking off. We took a tour with the same company the day before to the Drach Cave and the meeting spot was the same so we didn't have any trouble with finding the location.On that earlier trip with No Frills, we were also disappointed with their service, the tour guide shouted instructions and redundant information through her microphone nonstop. They added a stop to a pearl store which was not advertised. The pearl store was promoted as an exhibition of sort but there was just one room with a video of how they make the fake pearls but actually we left being non the wiser about how the pearls are made. The entire thing was a commercial gimmick. No frills probably gets a commission from the jewellery store to bring in unsespected tourists. Then at the end of the tour, the guide ask for a tip for herself and the driver. Thought we already paid for this trip and thought a tip was something that the customer gives at their own discretion when they feel satisfied with the service.Hope this review make this company reflect on their practices, or at the least give future travelers a warning of what they may expect. If you don't want a headache on of their trip, bring a headphones!

Wir hatten im Juni 2023 gleich 2 Ausflüge gebucht und waren jeweils bestens betreut" ..viele Informationen im Bus ; die Zeiten wurden alle eingehalten

La persona que nos ha atendido ha sido muy desagradable en todo momento, el trato directo con el cliente deja mucho que desear.

Mal servicio, personal con pocas ganas de trabajar, atención pésima , nada recomendable

Wir haben drei Ausflüge mitgemacht.Alles Top, prima Fahrer und gute Reiseleitungen. Es gibt nichts zu meckern. Gerne immer wieder.

This company buys fake positive reviews! You just have to stop to read the reviews, they make you want to laugh or cry, they couldn't be more false. Regrettable and unpleasant treatment. My vacation has been ruined. I would clearly never recommend this company to anyone. Bad manners from the staff. They do not comply with the schedules they advertise, you also call at any time and they do not answer you. They are thieves, they were not wrong in the hotel bar when they told me and my family that they had a terrible reputation on the island and they have earned it, unfortunately we already had the reservation made and it was late, once they have your money, say goodbye to him, no facility to cancel. The Island Tour was the most disappointing of all my trips. Then the driver was very incautious, it seemed that he was drunk. And I forgot, these people answer you in every negative review that you have ever contracted a service with them. hahaha hypocrites...
