was looking for a place for massage and reading the reviews etc. Very impressed with how Encarni has replied. Customer service at its best, seems Encarni knows how to treat her clients....I dont know her from Adam but her response has caught my attention ....very rarely do people apologies (let alone publicly) to make things right for their customers. Im booking in to try you out :))

Drove 25 minutes to get my sports massage, only to be told when I got there that the therapist was home sick and that they have texted me about this. I showed them my text messages (which of course did not include a text message of a cancellation of the appointment). No apology, no offering of a new appointment or discount etc. Very dissatisfied.

Located right in the center of Estepona, this low-key salon works wonders! I didn't have time for a mani-pedi, but I experienced the sports massage which was amazing! I am used to having a massage in the 4 corners of the world and I can tell you that it was one of my best massages, the masseuse has firm hands, the right pressure, and the technique necessary to unblock the tensions. Thank you for this moment - I recommend!

La primera vez que visito este sitio para hacerme una limpieza facial. El resultado increíble pero además de lo limpio y relajante que son sus instalaciones las chichas que trabajan son todas un encanto. Por supuesto que repetiré no solo en la limpieza facial, si no también en todos los demás servicios. Muchas gracias en especial a Yasmín por su atención y cariño hacia su trabajo.Precios razonables y buenos para la calidad y trato Hacia el cliente. Un saludo nos vemos pronto!

Llegué por las buenas reseñas sobre los masajes y salí decepcionada. La habitación estaba fría, el masaje muy insignificante y además me pidieron darme un masaje al principio para grabar y compartir en sus redes (con mi consentimiento), que terminó siendo un masaje rápido de todo el cuerpo, lo cual arruinó mi experiencia con el masaje real. Mi masaje de 50min. Al final duró 40min. con todo y la experiencia para redes, o sea que hasta estuvo incluída como tiempo de masaje. En fin, no me gustó para nada. Les recomiendo grabar su contenido con personas del equipo y no con clientas y si pasa que una acepta por buena gente y porque no le explicaron bien de que se trataba, de menos dar el masaje completo.
