Ive been a customer for 20years mainly because my wife and I like chatting to Amanda one of the secretaries but we recently sold our apartment and used this company and unfortunately we sold to a Spaniard it turned out to be very expensive using this company the secretary (Marta Guardiola) that was working for us was without a doubt racist. She found mistakes that were made when this company acted for in the purchase but funnily enough it would be illegal if we sold the property without having the problems rectified, be we had to pay for the rectifications. In the end we found out why, she was also working for the Spanish purchaser. It would appear that as he wasn't paying we paid over the odds to cover his bill. He owed us dome money but because it wasn't written into the contract he couldn't be made to pay. One email she admitted making the mistake but then other emails that followed just kept repeating that it wasn't written into the contract but that it wasn't her job. SO who's job was it then??? No answer. SO don't use this company if your not Spanish.
