Highly recommend Asssa, my wife and I have been with Asssa for 5 years, and the service that we have received from both Diane and Jane at the Mazarron office over the years has always been very prompt, friendly and extremely helpful. The medical and dental care that we have received with our health plan has been fabulous, including a very successful full hip replacement within a few weeks of calling the Asssa office to help arrange an initial consultation appointment. Overall we are extremely happy and very grateful for the level of service and care that we receive. Thank you!

Excellent service from the team in the office. Just had my annual wellman appointment at Caridad hospital, all arranged for me by Asssa. A seemless process. I thoroughly recommend them.

We have been with ASSSA for 2 years and during this time we have always found Jane and the team very helpful and informative.However this week I unfortunately required some emergency hospital treatment and medical tests. The doctor at Cartagena informed me I needed further urgent specialist tests to confirm or rule out the presence of a tumour, he explained they were unable to carry out the tests there and I needed to contact ASSSA to arrange these tests.As soon as I left the hospital Jane had telephoned and emailed to contact her urgently. During this stressful and worrying period Jane was absolutely fantastic. She initially made an appointment in Murcia, but they were unable to see me immediately. She then made another appointment at the Quironsalud hospital in Torrevieja for the following morning. Jane kept in touch throughout the ordeal and even asked me to contact her once I had the test results.Thankfully the tests ruled out a tumour and I am now on the mend. I am very grateful for the assistance I received from Jane and the ASSSA team, I believe she went above beyond her job role to help me. As with all insurances it’s not until you need to use their services you find out how good they are, after this episode I would definitely recommend ASSSA.

What is there to say about ASSSA! I wish i could give them no stars and have reluctantly given them one star. They are so painfully slow at doing even the smallest thing, as a policy holder and an annual premium payer, i have recently had call to use some of their services, which I have to say are so woefully inadequate.They clearly have issues responding to clients queries and respond slowly if not at all. I would not hesitate in NOT reccommening them for future ex-pats for the purpose of residencia and we will certainly be finding a better provider who has good customer service and actually cares about their clients!

We took out our health insurance with Asssa and moved over to Mazarron on our NLV visa a few weeks ago. We called in the office last week to ask some questions about how it all worked. We saw Jane. She was incredibly helpful and answered all our questions before we even asked them! She gave us some very helpful information and we now feel well equipped to deal with any further questions/emergencies. Thank you Jane. Very helpful, friendly and professional.

As of 19th May 2022, the only other Google Review of ASSSA (Puerto de Mazarron) has been written by Jane Ellen Walters. Jane is actually the ASSSA agent for the Puerto de Mazarron office, which I think should have been made clear in the review. My wife and I are both ASSSA (Puerto de Mazarron) clients, and after careful, dispassionate consideration, I don't think either of us would give ASSSA even one star for its customer service and delivery. My wife sustained a serious injury in the street last December, and ASSSA's initial response was, in many respects, abysmal. Since then, their service has risen to the dizzying heights of mediocrity on a few occasions. By and large, though, as my wife has said - 'don't touch ASSSA with a 20 foot barge pole'. Readers should look at Trust Pilot for more accurate reviews of ASSSA's mostly poor service and record.

My partner and I only moved to Spain in July and picked ASSSA for our Health Insurance. We chose to collect our health packs from their Los Alcazares office where we met Jane and she briefed us fully on how ASSSA and the health system works in Spain. Both of us have used the system already for dental check ups and prescription renewals. I have contacted Jane each time for further information and had very timely responses on each occasion. We have found the support from Jane and Diane very helpful and professional and we are very happy with the service.

What an excellant service. Jane was so helpful, answered all our questions and booked all our appointments. Nothing was too much for her. Would definitely recommend them. Absolutely brilliant.
