We were recommended to TLA lawyers and I am so pleased with their work. Our property purchase was complicated with many legal issues, the property had been subject to several failed purchases / sales and with Mati's diligent guidance we were able to complete the purchase in good time and on terms that reflected the property being purchased. Mati is clearly very experienced with rustic property purchases and was able to explain the properties many deeds and status. Lots of the paperwork needed updating and Mati negotiated with the vendors on our behalf and has this all done alongside the purchase. She replied to us swiftly at every juncture and overcame huge obstacles when dealing with the vendors lawyers. At all times we were sure that Mati was working with our interests of paramount importanceMati and Eva have continued to support us post purchase and is a real pleasure to deal with. They have handled the set up of utilities, NIE's and would have done bank accounts if needed as well.We wouldn't recommend anyone else, especially for foreign buyers with no experience in the Spanish property market.

Que la maison n'est aucune dette ...C'est la 2eme fois que je fais appelle à eux et franchement LE TOP...Conseil avant d'acheter PRENEZ un avocat, oui ça fait des frais en plus mais au moins vous serez sur que la maison est au top et n'a pas de vice cacher financier... et que votre maison est bien construite sur SON terrain...A refaire je le referais ...
