Always helpful and a good range of products

I ordered tiles and paid for them and told they would be here the following week .The next week they called and said there was a delay of 4weeks from the supplier. ok these things happen but what I'm annoyed about is when I went to collect them today they said an error was Made and that I had to pay an extra 24.95 euros. When I ordered the tiles about six weeks ago they gave me a price and I paid it.It is unacceptable to charge more after the amount was agreed and therefore after many years buying at this place I am now looking elsewhere to purchase building materials.

Mi mujer y yo estuvimos el sábado por la mañana buscando asesoramiento con un suelo porcelánico. Nos atendió Aroa de forma espectacular. Nos fuimos encantados con toda la intención de comprar todo el material que podamos aquí por el trato recibido y el presupuesto que nos hizo.

Very disappointed, staff helpful but prices very expensive. Bought border tiles, paid 5.51 euros each, found l could have bought them for 5.75 for 3.
