Después de mirar muchos sitios de spa, llegamos a Quality Pool& Spa en Calahonda y la experiencia fue maravillosa, el trato, la seriedad y el resultado fue fabuloso, ya tenemos nuestro spa y estamos muy contentos. Son súper amables y serviciales, en especial Anna y Dani, un gran acierto encontrarlos!!!! Muchas gracias por seguir estando cuando se os necesita para cualquier cosa!!!!

Had my community pool lined with this company big mistake. They lined the steps with wrong materialVery slippery I’ve had 2 accidents already on the steps, pool only been open a week. When I spoke with them all they say is I got what I paid for.Would never recommend them to anyone every. Bunch of cowboys stay away from them. It’s everyone fault but theirs.

We engaged Quality Pool and Spa to make us a custom made slightly bigger than normal but still smallish plunge pool. It had to be designed to fit an awkward space and when finished had to be lifted onto our terrace by an extremely large crane.They ie the whole Quality Pool and Spa team were outstanding from day one. The brilliant Assel was in charge of arranging the design and creation of the pool (which also had to be light weight) and sorting out the approvals with the community managers and securing the necessary permits. There were inevitable hiccups and obstacles along the way but Assel dealt with them all coolly, professionally and effectively.Juan C head of their operations was equally brilliant and exuded charismatic efficiency in the complex installation! The company (Juan’s team) continue to do great work for us in maintaining the pool which is in an elevated position and subject to the red dust etc which has blown in periodically from the Sahara. We are only here in Spain periodically and they keep us continually updated.This is a first rate company which I have no hesitation in recommending.

Have bough a new jacuzzi recently and I am very impressed how smooth and efficient was the crane operation for the purpose of replacement of our old one. On top of that, customer service is a top notch (Pablo) and assembly was very professional and dilligent (Thomas)

after the big “yellow sand Storm” in Marbella this year we had to find a solution to keep our pool clean as we’re not always here and it cost a lot of money to clean our large pool this time! We asked for a few quotes in the area but the one from Quality Pools came in the most cost effective as well as the quickest so we decided to go with them for our pool cover.They installed the cover without drilling any holes in the pool which is a relief! The cover is on now and it looks great! And a plus point - now the pool water stays on a nice temperature too!

We purchased a jacuzzi from Quality pool spa last year and since then we have received only excellent after sale service from Quality pool spa. We forgot how the remote for the hot tub worked, and Goran was happy to come and explain it all again, then we needed to clean the Spa for the winter and again the technical department came to our rescue. We wanted to change the lighting in our spa and even this was no big deal for Goran. Everything is always handled with care and precision. It’s a joy to work with this company.

We have a roof terrace but we were unable to put a pool on this as the roof was not supported properly. We then saw an advert from Quality Pools about their light weight pools and we did a study with the architect and we were allowed to use this installation for a small roof pool! The installation was quick and very efficient. They use polystyrene instead of cement blocks which helps with the weight. Now the pool is finished and we have used it every day since! What a joy! Very good service! Always fast response. Had a problem with the cover for the spa. They came with a new one from the factory very quickly.

We recently bought the Tropic Montego Spa for our holiday home. it is our first hot tun purchase so we were a bit worried if it would all fit and if it would not be too heavy. But we needn’t have worried as the team at Quality Pool Spa did all the heavy lifting for us! They made the measurements and made sure the surfaces were level and could hold the heavy weight of the Spa. Then they installed (we live in an urbanisation so we had to crane it in!) the hot tub and made sure everything was in good working order before they left. We were very happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone!
