The best hair salon I have ever been to. They really take their time to make sure you come out feeling like a new human. I book my appointment in line with my flights to visit my mum. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

This was my first visit to this salon and I must say how lovely and friendly they are. The decor is different than other hairdressers in a nice way. Alan did my hair beautifully so I will be a returning client. Well done Yes Salon

Just had my hair coloured and cut by Alan & Toby. I am so pleased with the outcome. The colour and cut was perfect. I was a bit worried about having my hair cut as I didn’t want too much off, but they done an amazing job , I’ve walked away very pleased and will be returning. My hair feels great and looks great , I definitely recommend them. The small touches make a big difference , a tea & coffee goes a long way and the salon is beautiful and cosy.

Früher schoener Salon, sehr freundlicher Service, perfekter Haarschnitt.Heute leider um eine unschöne Erfahrung reicher:Nachdem ich vor einer Woche telefonisch einen Termin für 06/03 vereinbart habe, erhielt ich eine Bestätigung für 07/01. Ich habe per SMS korrigiert und bin heute 10 km weit gefahren um den vermeintlich vereinbarten Termin wahrzunehmen. Der ältere Friseur gab den Fehler des jüngeren, der nur durch den Vorhang kommunizierte, zu, wollte mich trotzdem wegschicken. Auf meinen Einwand, dass es nicht mein Fehler sei und ich mich nicht auf einen späteren Zeitpunkt verschieben lassen wollte, reagierte er recht ungehalten. Nachdem ich ihm erklärt hatte, dass ich bei solcher Behandlung nicht wiederkommen wolle, wurde er sehr ordinär ausfällig und schrie mir sogar noch durch die Tür auf die Strasse Schimpfworte nach.Ekelhaftes Gesindel! NIE WIEDER!
