Excellent and highly professional. Especially Lulu and Jorge who were the two people I mainly dealt with. I rented a property and the owner was very tricky about trying to keep his deposit rather than pay it back to me. We did the inspection when I handed over the keys, with a representative from Briteman and myself. Damages were agreed and I waited for my deposit minus the damages. A month later the owner had not paid. He said he had had an extra inspection (without me) and found more damages. I agreed to pay those (suspect) damages because otherwise it seemed he wasn't going to pay. I got back the remaining deposit.BUT I had also paid an extra €250 utilities deposit. I waited 3 months for all new bills to come in (I paid everything straight away). There was €97 left due to me. But the tricky owner said that actually he was keeping that. Because he had had a THIRD inspection of the property, apparently, by himself and decided there were even more damages. So he would keep the utility deposit money in lieu of this.Anyway, Lulu and Brian (Brireman) did stand up for me and got me the deposit back in the end. A lot of agents would not have

Hay un señor que trabaja en esa empresa J.P.S que me prometió arreglar los problemas desde del día 06/06/2023, hoy casi 4 meses después, no fue arreglado, parece ser una tontería, pero dentro de un mes tengo entregar el piso y ese señor ni siquiera responde mis mensajes. Primero había prometido que una persona iba a venir en mi casa para arreglar y pintar el techo, después mi prometió que su jefe iba transferir un valor a mi cuenta para que yo mismo lo arreglaría, pero nada fue hecho y después de 4 meses, después de decenas de mensajes sin respuestas, vengo aquí avisarles para tener cuidado
