Fully recommended for renting ebikesFor the second year in a row we rented ebikes at this shop. The ebikes are modern, powerfull, in very good shape and cheap for what you get. The battery capacity (400Wh) is very good, the most demanding tour we did was 50km in range and 900m in altitude, which was not enough to drain the battery to zero. We had 4 bikes, one of them even had a 500Wh battery. I would recommend this shop to friends and I will go here again the next time I visit Mallorca. The only downside: This shop has only 4 ebikes, if you need more you have to search for other shops which will most likely rent you worse ebikes for a higher price. When planning your holidays reserve the bikes early, communication via email works like a charm.

Ich habe für eine Tagestour nicht nur ein schickes, perfekt eingestelltes Trekking-Rad bekommen – sogar ohne Reservierung, obwohl sich die wohl sehr empfiehlt. Der extrem freundliche Mitarbeiter hat mir auch noch eine genaue Route empfohlen und mich damit auf ruhigen Seitenstraßen zu spektakulären Aussichten gelotst. Dank der Rückgabe über ein abschließbares Abteil musste ich mir auch keine Gedanken darüber machen, wann ich abends genau zurück sein würde. Eine absolute Top-Empfehlung.

Sehr netter Fachmann vor, der die Räder absolut top in Schuss hält. Hatte dort ein Rennrad von Canyon und es hat mich verdammt gut überall hin gebracht.Das Rennrad war insgesamt leicht und auf den Bergrouten gut zu handeln.

Haben ohne Vorreservierung zwei E-Bikes bekommen. Super freundlicher (deutschsprachiger) Mitarbeiter! Top Beratung... super Bikes... und auch eine Empfehlung für eine Radtour. Absolut empfehlenswert! Gerne wieder! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit mit dem E-Bike!

Can’t recommend higher than 5 stars but I would if I could. Brilliant repair to my bike done in a very well supplied workshop by a plainly experienced and adept fellow. The repair wasn’t straightforward and required customisation but the solution was very quickly worked out and skilfully executed. Great local knowledge too and this was happily shared and very useful. Tried another bike repair place close by to see how well they could accomplish the repair but I was so glad to come here instead.

Very professional online and in store service. Excellent bikes for training in Mallorca. Would definitely recommend Rad-International and will be using their services for my next trip to Santa Ponsa.

Hallo Leute,Ich kann diesen fahrradladen nur wärmstens empfehlen. Ich war mit meinem bike in paguera und musste mein innenlager erneuern lassen. Innerhalb eines Tages war mein Fahrrad repariert und sauber. Die Benachrichtigung bekam ich direkt per Mail. Absolut top, super Laden,super freundliches Personal. Sollte ich nochmal da sein ist das meine erste anlaufstation ✌️ top top top

Vor Ort ein Rennrad gesucht und bekommen. Der Service war wirklich super. Rad wurde auf mich eingestellt kurz durchgecheckt und übergeben. Ging sehr schnell alles. Bin mehr als zufrieden und werde hier bestimmt nochmals mieten. Diesmal aber vorher reservieren.
