A total con and outright thieves. They stole my card when I was in room with a girl ( doing nothing! ) and stole an outrageous amount of money - having already seen my pin obviously earlier. Reported it to the police who just laughed and said it was very common at this and other places in Ibiza. Stay away - or be v v careful and avoid Romanians

last year me and my friends used the services of this amazing Ibiza white island VIP concierge.Everything was arranged down to the last detail.We were picked up from the airport with a Mercedes S class to our Luxury Villa, where the rented sports cars, a Maserati, Ferrari and a Porsche were already waiting for us, we had rented these Supercars for 10 days.We also chartered a Yacht for a 2 day visit to Formentera.Tables are reserved for us in the best Beach Clubs and restaurants.All in all, we had an incredible time in Ibiza.VIP Service Agency is the best there is on the Island

Also, Concierge Service is awesome ! We tried many restaurants which was recommended from the Concierge ServiceEverything was perfect, Thank you for made a special my birthday ! See you next year.

Enquired for a table in Ibiza asking for advice on where to book a VIP table on a Friday night.Letting the agency know I had a budget of 4000€ per night. To which he replied I cannot work miracles... "Was very baffled at this comment.Time and date of call :25/08/2017 17:00 Uk time.So I guess if you have a budget of €4000 euros for 4 people per night... don't go to Ibiza.The worst customer service. I hope management of the brand see this.. if he is management god help you."
