We used Andalucia Lawyers when we moved to Spain for a range of services including buying a house, arranging the notario for completion, subsequently creating a Spanish will and also changing our electricity 'boletin' to our name when we had our house reformed. We used Andalucia Lawyers for the tourist registration of our house in Spain. The process was complicated as we needed a Licence of First Occupation which involved engaging surveyors and negotiations with the local tourist board and Town Hall.
