Ich hatte eine wunderbare Zeit mit Green Yoga International. Ich habe eine 200hMulti Style Ausbildung gemacht. Der Unterricht war super durchdacht und die Lehrer top ausgebildet. On top gab es wirklich super leckeres Essen. Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen.

I completed my 200 YTT this summer at the Green Yoga International Ashram. It was such an amazing experience and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to complete their YTT or to deepen their own practice.The yoga Shala is absolutely magical, it was such a gorgeous place to practice in each day. It was easy to always feel connected to nature, most classes are given in an outdoor setting.The teachers were fantastic! They were friendly, encouraging and so knowledgeable. Their enthusiasm and love for yoga really enhanced the experience.The classes were well varied and we got a great taste of a wide range of practices.The vegan food was very tasty and well varied!The accommodation is basic but comfortable set in the Majorcan countryside.The house has a lovely rooftop balcony. (Great for catching sunrises and sunsets).The glamping tents were stunning all lit up at night.The pool was an added bonus to the venue and all of the chill areas meant that there was always somewhere to settle down for either a chat or a quick study session.I learnt so much in the three weeks and I am really just so grateful for the opportunity to have completed my first YTT in such a magical place.Thank you Green Yoga International.

I recently embarked on an unforgettable journey at green yoga international school in Mallorca, and I am still in awe of the transformative experience I had. From the moment I stepped onto the serene and picturesque grounds, I knew I was in for something truly special.The focus on meditation, spiritual growth and yogic philosophy at this school is unparalleled. The instructors not only guided us through the physical practice of yoga but also led us on a profound spiritual path. Through deep introspection and mindfulness, I was able to connect with my inner self in ways I never thought possible.The emphasis on pranayama, the art of breath control, was a revelation. I learned to harness the power of breath to enhance my practice and achieve a deeper state of meditation. August 22Atma (Leitung) hat ein Stück von seiner Heimat Indien nach Mallorca gebracht und ich könnte ihm nicht dankbarer sein!Ein wunderbares Anwesen auf der Insel, dass mir geholfen hat Ruhe zu finden.Alles ist und wird mit Liebe zubereitet. Das vegane Essen ist köstlich und für mich haben sie sogar täglich Glutenfreie Köstlichkeiten vorbereitet. Diese Desserts müsst ihr probieren!Die Köchinnen sind sehr hilfsbereit (vor allem bei Allergien) und kochen jede Mahlzeit mit viel Liebe.Die Yogalehrer*innen sind herzlich und kompetent. Sie fördern, locken dich aus deiner Komfort Zone und unterstützten dich wo sie können.Es gibt sogar Workshops, die haben mir viel Spass gemacht. Die 21 Tagen waren kein einfacher Weg, doch es hat sich mehr als gelohnt. Ich habe mich nach so vielen Jahren endlich wieder gefunden und das habe ich nur diesen wunderbaren Menschen und vor allem Atma zu verdanken. Vielen Dank für alles Green Yoga, ich komme bald wieder in meine Heimat!Ich bin Yogalehrerin, juhuuu!!!März - April 23Wie versprochen kam ich zurück und wurde nicht enttäuscht! I did my 200hrs YTT in 2021 and it was one of the most fulfilling and insightful experiences I’ve ever had. I learnt so much about yoga but also myself throughout the stay. Atma, Shanti and the staff are all so incredibly kind and supportive, the food was amazing and the venue speaks for itself.

I have recently returned home from completing the Multistyle Yoga Teacher Training at Green Yoga International in Mallorca. And I can safely say it has been one of the best experiences of my life.I arrived to Mallorca a little nervous but on meeting the majority of our group at the airport, I immediately felt relaxed. Over the course of the three weeks I got to know a whole bunch of fun, like minded people who were such a joy to be around! I have definitely made some friends for life. I shared a room with one other. The accommodation was basic but comfortable and contained everything I needed.I am not vegan and so the prospect of eating a vegan diet for three weeks was initially a small concern. However, I can not rate the food enough. Everyday we were served something different. It was healthy and delicious (I even bought the Green Yoga Cookbook). There was always fruit and cereals around to snack on too.The training was absolutely brilliant. I learned so much in such a short time. The yoga teachers, Helen and Marco, were highly professional and consistently delivered high quality yoga sessions throughout. They followed up each yoga lesson with detailed asana clinics that were taught with enthusiasm and patience. They were lovely teachers and I enjoyed getting to know them. I absolutely loved the philosophy lessons with Atma. He taught what is a difficult topic in an interesting and engaging way. He was always fun and this helped make it easier to understand. I particularly enjoyed listening to his stories too.The training is intense but it isn't stressful. It is well though out and delivered to a high standard. If you are struggling to choose a YTT course. I can make it easy for you. Choose Green Yoga. You won't regret it!

I can highly recommend the Green Yoga International teacher training school. I've completed my 200hr multi style YTT in October and I loved every minute of it. Favourite things from this YTT experience (1) unique and beautiful atmosphere with fellow students, teachers, Karma Yogis and Atma (2) the quality of yoga classes and teachings (3) the place, so peaceful :)In a bit more detail: the yoga teachers were super experienced and had a good way of sharing their experience and learnings with us students. There was a lot of content but thanks to the good structure and way of teaching, it was always fun to learn and study. Also the environment helped a lot to encourage study but also resting. We were able to enjoy the garden and the pool almost every day which helps to refresh after class. The property is really large which is great because you can either socialise with fellow students or be alone - whatever suits your better in the moment. And everybody was super respectful and accepting. This depends of course also on the student. But I want to believe that the atmosphere that Atma creates with the Karma Yogis and all people working at the YTT, helps to make students feel at ease and be kind.It was a really unique moment that did not only deepen my love for yoga but also deepened the understanding of myself. It influenced my path in life and I'm very grateful for the time at Green Yoga International.
