Restaurante Sierra Espadán Eslida

Ate there yesterday on a day excursion around the Sierra Espadan. My main course of fish (merluza) was obviously taken from the freezer then an attempt had been made to make it presentable, then covered in a glutinous cheesy white sauce - undescribable horror - It was inedible. Offered a steak after complaining (which I do not eat), that was it - no other apology made. Avoid this place for a sit-down meal at all costs.They apparently do a reasonable cyclists' 'Almuerzo', bUT I will never find out.
