I just got back from a 3-week bike tour to Spain, Italy, & Slovenia. I rented three bikes from three different companies and these guys were the absolute best! Best prices, excellent customer service, & fabulous bike with upgrade free of charge! They even hooked me up with a floor pump for the week for free. I will return soon and rent from these guys again! Thank you!!!

100% recomendable. Muy buena atención y muy profesionales a la hora de trabajar. Mi bici se me soltó el cable del Di2 me acerqué y me lo arreglo al momento para poder seguir entrenando. Me explico el fallo y le concerté cita para solucionarlo. La lleve y me la devolvió perfectamente todo en orden y encima me compre la equipación de su tienda en la cual me asesoraron perfectamente. Hired a BMC team machine for a week. Very easy to use web site and great communication from Carin throughout. Sent measurements and bike was delivered ready to go. Have to say that having hired lots of bikes on trips Bike Hire Alcudia stand out as being right at the top of the tree. Bike was well maintained and gave me a great week out. Really competitively priced and delivery / collection was effortless and timely. Check these guys out. You will be impressed. Third time of hiring this year and keep going back as they are just so good.

Great friendly service. The bike I hired was a BMC road machine and it was in great condition, it came fitted with the pedals i selected ready to go. I was even given a mini bike fit when I picked up the bike to make sure it was the right size and saddle height. Something I could have done on my own but its great to see a rental service doing this. I was also sent lots of routes and advice by Carin, and I rode 2 of her recommended routes and they were fantastic.
