This may seem really petty but after paying for then collecting your drink you then have to pay extra for a lid? No problem with the cost but wouldn’t it be easier to charge you for it when you order? I challenged it but was told ‘that’s not how we work here’. Transpires if already paid for the lid. Felt like asking for my tip back :-)

Me han atendido genial una chica que se llama Yanessi o algo así, se me ha olvidado ya como se escribía, perdón, pero se deduce quien es. Y Mario, que me ha ayudado con una alternativa a un smoothie que no podía pedir porque no tenían. Han sido súper simpáticos conmigo y me han ayudado en todo y me han sacado una sonrisa a estas horas de la mañana que es muy difícil. Volvería solo por ellos.

I work in and around airport I went to buy an americano with a splash of milk I was informed the milk would cost me 45 cents so I told them they were nuts and walked out I will never visit again there are plenty of places who will give you a splash of milk free and do it happily clearly Starbucks are out to steal from the general public and I would suggest Alicante airport look at replacing them quickly

Very bad place, treat customers like idiots, serve old and almost moldy food!!! Today I took the vegetable sandwich and it was rotten and old. When I explained to the employee that he should sell fresh food and that this sandwich is bad and can never be swallowed.. he replied with indifference.. this is the food!!!

Muy buena atención tanto en inglés como en español, chicas muy amables, la comida pues lo que esperas, al igual que el café, precios típicos de la cadena, es una buena opción en el aeropuerto

El trato del personal es admirable. Como clienta habitual se agradece lo serviciales y amables que siempre son. Hay mucha diferencia entre el personal del sturbucks de este aeropuerto respecto a otros. Enhorabuena!
