I do not understand how they have such a high rating as I feel my 2 stars is generous. It is a shame because the staff seem nice enough and they have some spectacular looking properties for sale, but I cant see how they ever sell any. The web site is the worst that I have ever come across and it is impossible to find the majority of the houses that I like the look of from walking around the streets and seeing their signs anywhere on there (I do not believe that many are listed for the general public). When hunting for houses on their site it is painfully difficult and slow, with tricky small buttons, slow loading, badly pixelated main photos and features not working (eg. Unable to select to view any photos). This is unforgivable because these faults are so easy or cheap to fix, and I know that the site has been like this for at least 2 years....
