We bought our first Spanish property in September 2022 with the help of Johan and the team at Alvarez & Svensson. It was almost too easy haha. Johan took care of everything for us whilst we were in the U.K. His communication was great. Buying a property in another country is pretty daunting when you think of the different laws and rules, but with Johan by our side, we didn't feel any pressure at all. Now, we are happily settled in our dream home in Murcia. Highly recommend.

We was passed a contact number for some one to help us get our holiday home abroad in murcia.Well johan went above and beyond for us. He put up with us keeping asking him for updates.But he was always there for usThe day came when johan called us and said its all gone through and your proud owners of the casa in murcia.From that call to 2 weeks later we came home with the keys.Thanks again johan for all your help and I would totally recommend you again .If any one tells me they are buying a proper abroad I will be forwarding them on to you.Thankyou cherelle
