Hotel Servigroup Montiboli

Como siempre, una experiencia fantástica. Desde hace 6 años pasamos ese fin de semana con ustedes para celebrar mi cumpleaños, y espero poder seguir haciéndolo en el futuro. Muchas gracias a todo el equipo del hotel por su excelente trato y profesionalidad

Magnífico. Un hotel recomendable al 100%. Es una pena que cierre ahora (octubre) y no vuelvan hasta marzo. (Aprox.) El personal es fantástico. La atencion de Paco y del resto del personal de recepción, camareros, personal de limpieza, cocina, etc. es un absoluto 10. La calidad en el restaurante, el ambiente, la ubicación, sus vistas, …, ideal para desconectar, escuchar el mar en primera línea y sinceramente, el servicio y la atención al cliente es de un nivel superior. Enhorabuena y gracias por cada año hacernos nuestras estancias tan agradables. Felicidades a la dirección (Mónica). Os echaremos de menos hasta marzo 2024. Un gran equipo! Como idea o sugerencia; podrían tener algún tipo de club de fidelización para clientes recurrentes, con ventajas o promociones, estaría genial! … y en la zona del spa tener algún tipo de bebida (infusión, agua…) en la zona de la piscina y el circuito (hay dentro en la zona de tratamientos pero no siempre está abierto).

I highly recommend that you lock your valuables in the safe while staying here. I hate to have to write this review but feel compelled to warn others. I had two pairs of earrings stolen from my room while I was enjoying the day at the pool. They were (stupidly) left on the cabinet in plain sight with a stack of other jewelry, and when I returned they were no longer there. The room had been cleaned when I was gone. I brought this forward to management twice but they did not seem concerned. It is disappointing.

Magnífico hotel y muy tranquilo. Las vistas, preciosas casi desde cualquier sitio. Muy buena habitación, la cama muy cómoda y lo mismo la ducha y el baño. El personal muy agradable en todo momento.Como negativo, no muy importante, el que no se pueda tomar café después de comer en el comedor y algo escaso el spa. Los masajes muy básicos. Claramente ese no es el objetivo del hotel, así que nada que decir. Gracias.

Magnífico hotel en un enclave inigualable. Muchas veces viajamos miles de kilómetros para encontrar lo que tenemos al lado. Es estupendo si no está muy concurrido, el trato siempre es mejor. El restaurante Emperador fenomenal, muy buena cocina. Lugar para disfrutar de un descanso placentero.

The hotel location is very nice on top of some cliffs, with very nice views over the see and 2 little beaches.The view from the restaurant is very nice too, but on one side you have the normal beach and on the other side it's a nudist beach !We had a 'Romantic' room, but it was not luxury. The bathroom space was very limited. You can't be with 2 persons in there at the same time. And though there was a very good bubble bath, the lavabo and the shower are too small.

Prepárate a subir y bajar escaleras, pero es parte del encanto del hotel. Es acceso a muchas zonas está restringido sólo a los huéspedes a través de la tarjeta de la habitación, lo que hace que la zona de habitaciones sea todo lo tranquila y segura que se requiere en este tipo de hotel. El desayuno es completo y variado, y el personal intenta asignarte las mesas libres que tienen mejores vistas. La terraza de la habitación es lo suficientemente grande para permitir disfrutar del bonito amanecer en el caso que hayas escogido una habitación con vistas al mar, como hice yo. El único problema es que está un poco alejado de todo, puesto que se encuentra en una zona residencial, lo que te obliga a coger el coche o a no salir del hotel.

All the front desk staff, especially Javier, were amazing and very helpful! The air conditioning in the first room we had did not work very well, but without hesitation the lovely front desk staff switched our rooms, and we were upgraded which was a nice surprise and a thoughtful touch! Our only complaint is in the minor details. We had asked 3 times for the handsoap in our bathroom to be refilled and it never it was. We loved our stay at Montiboli and will definitely be back. All the amenities were amazing!
