Terrible. My flight got delayed but I still managed to get to the car rental office before closing time; BUT alas they were closed, and the phone number never worked. I had to find a last minute hotel, postpone my business appointments; and on the following day, they refused to give me a car (saying they didn't have a reservation for that day), so I had to go to a different company to get one. Customer service pretends to not understand my complaint and refuses to provide any refunding.

Ik lever de auto in zonder schade. Na 10 minuten bericht binnen dat ik schade veroorzaakt heb ter waarde van 350€. Bij aankomst werd me verteld dat ik foto's moest maken mocht er schade zijn. Dat heb ik keurig gedaan en ontdekte een klein deukje, waarvan bewijs. Omdat die 1 cm was werd mij verteld dat niet gerapporteerd hoefde te worden. Toch willen ze me laten betalen. Poging tot oplichting.

I won’t be using thirty again. They found an incredibly small scratch that could have been caused by a branch or a tiny stone and decided to charge us for it. A complete waste of time and money.

Garbage service, arrived on time and they were already closed. No one answers the phone and no hope for help. Stranded in the airport all night until they open which is 7am.(Stay away at all cost!)

The worst car hire experience of my life.Waited for nearly two hours in a queue to get the car.When I got to the front of the queue I was told that my reservation came with NO INSURANCE WHATSOEVER and that I was liable for the full value of the car (12,000 euros) in the event of a crash or theft. Obviously the price to add insurance was ridiculous - way more than the cost of the rental. I have an annual car hire excess insurance policy that covers up to 7,000 euro (which has always been more than enough), but I have never in my life heard of an excess of 12,000 euro. Ridiculous.I won't be using Thrifty again.

Надо знать, что Thrifty это Hertz. Ищите желтую будку напротив выхода В Терминала 2. Обслуживание отличное, люди приятные, тачки норм. Дозвониться невозможно. Можно оставить авто вне часов работы. Ключик в жедезный ящик.
