Dur à trouver car en bas derrière immeuble habitation

We have much experience with many Internet Providers, in numerous countries and this is the first time that we have been encouraged to leave a positive review because of excellent service.We returned to our property after a short period away, to find that the Wi-Fi was down. The router had been burned by a lightning strike.We immediately purchased a new one from MediaMarkt, but there was still no service.We called Qnecta and the wonderful Silvia answered and helped us immensely, arranging for a visit by their technician, within hours.He identified that the receiver/dish had taken the ‘strike’ and this would now need to be replaced.He promised that another technician would return in a few hours with a replacement receiver and get us back up and running.We are not used to such promises always being fulfilled.But a little later, the second technician arrived and fitted the new receptor on the mast and then made good the connection.At all times efficient, polite and fast!What we didn’t tell him was that we work in IT and desperately needed our service back in order to participate in Teams and Zoom meetings the following day.Critical to our business.We cannot speak more highly of the two technicians and naturally the wonderful Silvia who also communicated with us via email, as we had requested, in order to keep us updated.If you are thinking of changing I-service, then our experience should provide a clue as to who is currently exceeding expectations.We have no personal relationship with Qnecta, other than as bona fide customers.Rod&Jilli

Son unos estafadores. 25MB? Te llegan 3/4 MB , con el ping mas alto qe te puedas imaginar, bajadas y subidas de tension. Etc... No vale para nada, es mejor que sigais con el internet del movil. No os dejeis engañar

Si trona no hi ha internet.Si plou no hi ha internet.Si hi ha boira no hi ha internet.Si neva no hi ha internet.I quan no hi ha internet no és durant un parell d'hores, és durant un parell de dies. Les factures són les mateixes cada mes, independentment dels dies amb connexió i sense.No es pot treballar ni estudiar a distància perquè mai saps si podràs enviar els documents.Així i tot, una estrella se la guanyen perquè són els únics de la zona.
