Spanish Inland Properties

Concertamos una cita y a un día de la cita, nos llaman que habían subido 7000, me parece fatal que después de concertar cita y de haber visto un precio te lo quieran cambiar... por supuesto no fui a la cita, avisando...

Terrible company. My wife purchased a property with Sean. However it appears the vendor has not paid him his commission therefore he refuses to deal with me on showing me any further properties. I am a property investor!! Legal action commenced.

I haven't actually visited Spanish Inland Properties - yet, however I do love to look at the houses they have on their books and on occasion I have emailed them about a property, Sean always takes the time to answer all of my questions and give me any extra details which I have asked for. One day I will hopefully purchase a property in Spain and be able to write in more detail but so far, my limited knowledge is that they are a great little estate agent.

This estate agent is fantastic. They are knowledgeable and have a wide variety of properties for sale all over Andalucia. But what I really like about Sean and Matilda is that they really try to match you up with a property in your price range - whatever that range may be. We are not rich Brits but that didn't put them off and they kept us in mind when properties came up. I feel that they don't just work for the seller but that they really try their best for the buyer too - you would think all estate agents out there would do that but they don't! They are excellent at keeping in touch too.

Sean is the man to deal with for property sales and purchase! So professional and helpful, he puts the rest to shame. His customers are his priority and he puts their interests first and gets the job done.

It's getting on for two years since we bought our property through Spanish Inland Properties and their service has gone way beyond what we could ever have imagined. Sean is an extremely likeable and incredibly knowledgeable guy, well-regarded by local people - English and Spanish alike - fluent in Spanish and passionate about the local area. He has provided an invaluable source of advice on everything from engaging architects to organising contractors, securing planning consent to getting the internet. Nothing is too much trouble for him and he responds promptly to emails, phone calls etc. We are hugely indebted to him and would wholeheartedly recommend his company to anyone considering buying in this beautiful part of Spain.

Although the process was straight forward we know a lot of work went into it. Highly recommend this company and it's very reassuring Sean will help. Bought our cave through shaun , very casual attitude on help , notary very casual, surprisingly went well. After was very concerning to all that was supposed to happen prior to taking ownership, no water, though, should have been organised. Sorted after a few hours and waiting on pressure, that took several days.Not a good start. As was promised. Otherwise, we was satisfied with his response.
