Hotel SPA Benalmádena Palace

Un gran hotel con todas las comodidades y equipado para todo. Lo mejor: su personal, amable y atento a tus necesidades. La limpieza es muy buena. La animación para no parar. El horario de las comidas cubre las necesidades de los extranjeros y de los más tardones de los españoles y siempre hay comida. El desayuno insuperable. La playa está cerca pero no es gran cosa, pero no necesitas mucho más, el hotel lo tiene. Muy bien

This hotel is fantastic, I write this review from the hotel whilst waiting on my wife. We are here for 5 x nights All-inclusive.Food really good, plenty of options, drinks and deserts have plenty of options.Rooms are very well kept, plenty of room, cleaned often.Staff are fantastic. Isabel on reception was very very helpful,.Chef Yasmina and Sandra done a beautiful sea food soup. Really lovely. Bar staff are brilliant.This hotel is 4 Star, and is a strong one at that. It doesn't claim to be 5 star... Yet there's not much I'd change about it.Big thumbs up from us.

The hotel is great, clean and well organised. The staff work hard and are polite. As a family of 3 with a 7 year old we couldn't fault the hotel one bit. Our 7 year old loved all the members of the kids club who welcomed her everyday, (fatjona, stefi, natasha , Peter) they said hi in the corridors and were patient and caring with all the kids. They made our trip magical and fun and it is the best kids club we've ever been too.Every member of staff in the hotel make the hotel a great place to be at Even though we were worried about the hill being mentioned it's steep enough to be fun for the kids and there's a free bus every 30 mins if you wanted to go down to the beach front but can't walk down the hill.The hotel gets 5 stars and we're really sad to be going home.

We only stayed two nights at the end of our holiday, the apart room had 2 bathrooms which was good. It was very clean and well equipped. The pools were a great size and the indoor one is lovely for cooling off as it isn't heated. It is very child orientated with loads of activities and entertainment for kids, though mine are teens now and I think it's more geared kids up to 12. Though they did enjoy the aqua bingo and magic show. It was a pleasant stay.

I had a 7 day holiday with my 8 year old twins in July 2023. We had a brilliant time. The hotel has amazing facilities for kids - pool, kids club and mini disco are all great. The staff are really helpful and friendly, especially to the kids. The room was spacious and clean. We were all inclusive - food was excellent. Will definitely be back, highly recommend.

The hotel is alright. The staff is super friendly. The rooms are clean (except for the ants everywhere but that seems to be a feature of the region). Plenty to do for the kids. Unfortunately the food is really really bad. They should change the caterer. Lots of options, yes, but all equally tasteless, under or overcooked. The breakfast is fine (hard to mess that up since it’s bread and pastries and juice) but stay away from the dinners. I was so happy any time I could have dinner somewhere else but there.

Fantastic hotel, staff are brilliant and friendly! Pools are great! Food is lovely! Cleaning staff leave cool towel designs! And little chocolates! Thanks catalina! Hotel is up a steep hill but only takes 5 mins from main road!

Great hotel. Loved it.There beach towel policy at the pool means that it’s easy to get a sunbed. They remove and towels saving seats, amazing system.Food is pretty nice and the place is spotless. Rooms cleaned every day.Can’t really fault it to be honest.

Very nice overall , friendly ,helpful staff, exceptionally clean with everything you could want in the room . Bit of a walk from local restaurants and amenities but has useful free mini bus but only runs until 16:00 . I Don't see the need for nightly entertainment and booming music around the pool at times but that is a personal preference. Would recommend to anyone and definitely would return again.

Place was lovely food was awful. Raw chicken on the first night staff didn't seem too concerned, great place for kids and families they have so much on all the time. They don't clean the rooms every day but rooms are fine location is excellent. We did all inclusive, we couldn't bear the food for dinner so still ate out for dinner but still found the all inclusive worth it for water bottles etc. breakfast was nice enough, we managed lunch just doing salad rolls
