Senator Gandía Spa Hotel

We arrived late at night, between 12.30am / 1am, and, seeing that there was a garage, were happy when we found a free spot (not the only one by the way).However, unlike 5 star hotels we've stayed at during our trip (where it was a first come first served" kind of policy)

No conozco el hotel, aunque la presencia a primera vista es espectacular.No me parece lógico que en la cena de fin de año, obliguen a los que tenemos alojamiento en la zona a reservar 3 noches!!! de hotel para poder optar a la cena...si entendería un precio especial a los huéspedes, pero de ahí a vetar" a los residentes

La televisión no ha funcionado desde el primer día llamando a mantenimiento y sin solución,tuvimos que poner reclamación, las habitaciones tienen dentro de la zona de dormir la ducha por lo que no se tiene privacidad además el agua de la ducha salta a la mesilla de noche. no tiene armarios, solo una estructura de madera a modo de almacén para colgar la ropa por lo que esta a la vista y poco higiénico, el bufete muy bueno es lo único. Es solo fachada para lo que cuesta .Era un viaje para relajarnos y hemos venido peor.

Hotel con muy buen servicio, ubicación y atención al cliente de primera. El hotel es bonito, acogedor, elegante y es mi primer viaje con mascota que estuvo fantástico. El personal te hace sentirte como en casa. Uno de los hoteles donde el personal destaca sobre todo.

Hello,My partner and I had a 1 week stay at this hotel in September 2023. Here`s what we think of our stay.Pros:- Walking distance to the beach (aprox. 5 min)- The hotel looked very clean and the personnel was welcoming- The AC was really effective and elevators were modern/fast.Cons:- The standard rooms have the bathroom in the room (next to bed) which we didn’t like, we requested a room change and we were given one with separate bathroom.- The breakfast was a really poor experience due to not having many options, no options to eat healthy (no greens/veggies available), so we had the same breakfast for 5 days in a row because of very little options.- You have to pay extra if you want to use the SPA/Sauna, this is not mentioned anywhere (not even in the booking) so we found out at the reception. We felt this is a lack of transparency towards customers and were very disappointed since the SPA was the main reason we chose this hotel.- If you want to park at the hotel, you have to pay a daily fee (around 25 euros/day), but it was easy to find free parking spots on the nearby streets.We would not recommend this hotel and we would not ever come back, for the lack of transparency and honesty from this hotel.

El hotel está precioso, la suite una maravilla grande y con buenas vistas. Todo muy limpio, la cama muy cómoda y grande.El servicio de cafetería muy lento, tardaron más de una hora en servir la cena.El desayuno muy completo y con variedad.

The perfect hotel for us...all the staff at reception and behind the bar were excellent, drinks were good, they were pretty adept at cocktails in the bar.The rooms were clean, modern and very comfortable - far more so than many a Spanish hotel I've stayed in in the past, then again I'm older and wiser and do pay for comfort now.Would highly recommend it. Wish the rooftop restaurant had been open in September when we visited.

Un gran sitio, las habitaciones perfectas la piscina preciosa con la cascada y la modernidad de las hamacas dentro del agua. La cocina se comía de 10, aunque quizás no había tanta variación de comida, suelen repetir mucho pero el caso es que estaba excelente.Salir a 30 metros tener la playa cargando un bebé con lo que supone fue un alivio. Espero volver.IMPORTANTE : ( solo hace falta una pequeña guarde/ludoteca, para que los padres puedan disfrutar un rato del spa y más instalaciones del hotel).

Es el primer viaje que hago con mi mascota y fue genial. El servicio muy agradable y las instalaciones bastante bien. No pudimos coger nada más que desayuno porque no queríamos dejar sola a una perrita en la habitación para que no llorase y el desayuno estuvo espectacular. Recomendaría este hotel a todo mis familiares pero por poner una critica constructiva es que se podía plantear un horario de comida y cena que sea para gente con mascotas, para poder cenar o comer allí. Por norma general las mascotas que van a los hoteles están muy bien educadas y pueden estar perfecto. Volveré a ir seguro y espero que muy pronto. Muchas gracias!!
