Looking good and feeling terrible.The interactions between staff members were awful beyond imaginable. The lack of care and attention astounding. Toxic bleach sprayed into basin a feet away - arguing over who is going to paint the nails of the client sitting next to me. I was send off with wet nails which were ruined of course by wearing shoes too soon. Avoid !

Muy buena atención, la manicura ha quedado perfecta... Lo único que no han hecho es la hidratación con parafina... Lo hacen con un exfoliante y crema.

Estuve aquí hace un par de semanas y a pesar de no tener turno previo, conseguí un servicio excelente en depilación con cera.La chica que me atendió es sumamente atenta y profesional.Recomiendo este lugar!!!

Lo lamento pero me hicieron las cejas totalmente diferentes y me cambiaron la forma. Además salí con mini heridas. No lo recomiendo, aunque intentaron arreglarlo porque volví...

The interior is very nice but not practical. I had a pedicure and my feet had to stay in the sink. Also for the gellac. But it was not comfortable and the lamp was pushing in my feet and it hurt a lot. When she took the lamp out you could see the redness and lines from the lamp.. also when I got home I took my shoes out and saw that the gellac was not dry enough so it doesn’t shine anymore like it has to be. It was €35 and I think it is too high for this kind of service.

We went to Raval Beauty for a birthday treat with my sister and a girlfriend. We got manicures and pedicures (at the same time). Centric and beautiful location. The personal was accommodating and professional and the results were 10/10. The salon has a clean and cozy design, very inviting with all attention to detail. We liked it so much we decided to go start monthly! A luxury in El Raval. See you soon! Xx -Marta

Got a Brazilian wax here and the service was excellent!! Rebeca made me feel safe and comfortable. She really took her time and informative. Definitely will only come here for my waxes!! Best wax experience I’ve ever had.
