Great service, so easy to use. Had a slight issue where I hadn't received the code but I emailed and it arrived within minutes. Also asked if we could extend the usage as flight was delayed and spoke to the woman on the intercom and she was so helpful. You can extend by 3 euros per locker. Would absolutely recommend.

Very easy in and out. I wish they had an app to allow extending time. Difference was not crazy high. We paid 40 US dollars for 5-6hrs (we had one big locker that fitted 3 carryons and 1 backpack and a smaller one for 2 other backpacks.

Servicio correcto sin más. Algo caro. No inspira nada de confianza ver algunas de las puertas de las taquillas reventadas. Incluso una con una maleta media rota. No parecia reciente asi que muestra dejadez por parte de la empresa. Y dado el coste es decepcionante.

Buena experiencia en este establecimiento. Muy operativo y de fácil manejo. Únicamente, a tener en cuenta que hay que dejar unos instantes la tarjeta de crédito al proceder al pago, de lo contrario se puede anular la operación. No obstante hay un servicio activo para resolver dudas. Buena relación calidad del servicio y precio. Se puede alquilar por día u hora, y hacer reservas en la web. Recomiendo su uso

Muy práctico, proceso totalmente digital y muy cómodo. Justo al lado de Atocha. Tiene 3 tamaños y una taquilla de prueba de casa una para que puedas comprobar cuál te viene mejor. Por poco más de 9 euros dejamos 5 horas 2 maletas de cabina y dos de mano en una taquilla mediana.

Fantastic place to store your luggages, different size and very affordable. You can choose the size of the locker and the time, if you need only 2-3 hours, for a big luggage it cost less than 10€. I recommend. There is no queue to make like in Atocha train station. As simple as that.

We rented a maxi for 1hr. We arrived 10 min before our expiry time but couldn't get in to remove our bags because the line was 20+ minutes long and it's the same single terminal to rent as it is to retrieve. The delays were because the tap to pay device is extremely poor quality and the instructions say to tap the top but you actually have to tap slightly away from the top and at an angle. Everyone had issues with it. Because of the delay we were charged a late fee. Completely unsuitable for short term bag storage. They shouldn't allow 1hr storage if it takes 20+ min to retrieve.EDIT: in response to using the telecom... There was still a line of a dozen people behind us. We weren't about to hold them up for $5. And we didn't want to be late for our $100 euro train. Also precious reviews note this problem over a year ago and your response was were always looking to improve our service". Yeah right lol."

It was a good service for a decent price, especially considering the luggage storage at Atocha station is temporarily closed. They could do with having another check-in machine, as there was a big queue when we arrived and people were getting annoyed. Also it was a bit dirty and some of the lockers didn’t have doors.

Muy buena opción para dejar tu equipaje , todo automatizado y sin problemas de operación. A solo unos pasos de la terminal de trenes. Muy recomendable

There is only one computer there which was a bit annoying as there was a long queue of people who hadn't booked in advance. We had to wait for all of them to finish their transactions before we could leave our luggage. There should be two computers or a way to open the locker online if you've pre-booked. The price was reasonable.
