When we was picking up the car, there was around 2 hours line outside the office. The employyes where just laughting at us (it felt like) and I have never seen someone that works as slow as these people. Because we had prepaid the car we did not have much of a choice than waiting in line for 2 hrs, and in 34*C.When we was delivering the car, we had not gotten any instructions, because the lady we rented the car from could not speak english. And when we was collecting the car it was outside the shop. We called Hiper, but just got told that thay worked in Palma, and this was our problem.I’m not gonna use or recommend Hiper to anyone.

We have many years of experience with EUROPCAR car rental and we have someone to compare your rental company with. We always order a car with full insurance and have never paid any additional costs.That's why we were very angry when you asked us for additional insurance fees when we took over the car. It is certain that the understanding of the word full" is probably different in your company compare other countries.And one more note regarding handing over the car ... we left the key at the reception including a note on which street the car is parked. I don't understand why we had a note in the room asking where the car is parked. Every car has a locator and can give you exact GPS coordinates. Why do you ask your guests?"

Looking at the reviews, I see it is a pattern.Very poor customer service and customer experience.Sign at the door says it opens at 8:00, me and a couple of other customers waited until 8:45 for someone to show up, car provided was in a really bad shape (although it fit its purpose) and the fuel was not complete (no one checked it previously and the reply was: “just fill it up to the same level for the return” - excuse me WHAT? HOW?)No parking space for rentals, to return the car it took me 30min to find a parking space in the market nearby (pure luck to be honest).DO NOT FORGET ANYTHING IN THE CAR!!!My daughter forgot her book (a special edition she had saved money to buy), we are 100% absolutely sure it was left in the pocket behind the passenger seat.Answer was, we looked and found nothing, plain and simple…Reached out to the central customer service, answer was: “if you already spoke to Cala Millor, then there is nothing else we can do”… simple as that, not even we will do our best or we will locate the car and have a second look…MIL22022483 days later - Now I receive a message to contact them via email, a mentioned, already did and the answer was : “nothing we can do”

I have rented her several cars. Everything went well so far. The rental cars are parked at a public car park below the Aldi supermarket. There is no handover or return at the office. You put the car back in the car park and hand over the key. Defects are noted on the report when the car is handed over. So far, it has always worked for me so that I did not have to go back to the office to complain about missing defects. Debit cards are accepted, but a deposit of 1000,- is charged. After returning the car, the deposit is refunded within a short time.The only drawbacks are that the opening hours don't always fit and the friendliness (depending on the employee) leaves a lot to be desired.

Customer service was absolute joke booked a car for 10-00am arrived at 10-00 told there was a problem bringing the cars over and tocome back in 1/2hr came back 1/2hr later still the same, got told another 1hr so said I’ll come at 12 came at 12 still nothing, however this time they said the car was 3 mins away and they were going to collect it watched the team pile into a van presumably to collect the cars waited for 20-25mins after watching the chap in the shop walk out and lock the place up I might add……glad I took the option of paying on collection online…..honestly I would avoid this place like you would a covid ward thanks Hipercar for leaving a sour taste in my mouth and I hope folk reading this will find an alternative company who actually know how to treat their customers or better still actually provide a car!!!!

Top. 120eu for a Fiat Panda Mo-Thur. Car was ok, but enough for the island.You should check with check..twenty 4 and don’t forget the insurance.

I looked forward to share a positive experience regarding this car rental - same as the island of Mallorca in general. Until the car returning I even could have. Unfortunately I had to change my mind.Because I have left my GoPro camera inside the car and since I was and still am 100% sure that I have left it in the car, I contacted the office in Cala Millor immediately regarding the lost & founds. When I came personally to the office (and after more than 30 minutes waiting since the company representative was not present at the time of opening hours, she came after I've called her phone number two times), I have been quite disappointed with the attitude - the representative told me that nothing has been found in the car and she can't help me. I tried to describe the value of the lost property and suggested that if I can see the car and look through by myself (by me paying any travel costs for the car to me or me to the car), the representative simply declined any discussion about this suggestion without any explanation.By a coincidence there has been different couple trying to solve the same problem (by losing dioptric glasses instead), unfortunately with the same outcome - the representative locked and left the office right after discussing" our matters.Very similar attitude came from the company's headquarters

Le damos dos estrellas porque nos dieron un coche de gama superior al solicitado y en muy buen estado.La atención no pudo ser peor, sin explicaciones y con una simpatía que brillaba por su ausencia además de decirnos de forma desagradable que nos retenían 1.000€ que todavía no nos han devuelto.Es la tercera vez que alquilamos coche en Mallorca y nunca nos habíamos cruzado con un sitio así, por favor ir a negocios locales de alquiler de coches y no a franquicias. Sabemos dónde no volver!
