KENSHO MASSAGE

I wanted to start my holiday in the best possible shape & get rid of all the knots I was carrying in my neck & back. I had a look online & came across Kensho & read the very positive reviews. I emailed a couple of days before I travelled & got a very prompt reply & a confirmed booking with Nadia. It was the very best start to my holiday! Nadia is a superb therapist & did an amazing job kneading out all the knots in my back & neck firmly but gently. It was an incredibly relaxing experience & all in a really lovely setting. I couldn’t recommend Kensho & Nadia highly enough.

Really good massage and osteopathy. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly and the place is clean and beautiful. I will definitely be back.

On holiday in Pollensa, I hurt my lower back after doing a training session and could hardly walk, which was extremely frustrating. I was in so much pain.After one session of osteopathy, I pretty much skipped out of there (I might have even cried with relief!) Very knowledgeable and super talented - can’t recommend Kenshō enough!!

Great and friendly service. The best massage on the island. Ive been using Kensho to get me ready and to recover from the 312 sportive and the half ironman for years. Throughly recommend it. Leyla and her staff are always friendly accommodating and professional.

I have been in some discomfort because of a sport accident I had about a month ago, although I felt almost fully recovered, whilst on holiday in Pollença I was feeling a bit in discomfort, so decided to have a massage and that’s when I found Kensho Massage, got an appointment via whatsapp and I was seen same day. My massage therapist Nadia was superb, she understood my injury and gave me a great massage which stretched my muscles, to the point I was able to lean on my injured side right after the massage. As a massage therapist myself I highly recommend Kensho Massage. I will definitely be back.
