Hotel Ca'n Roses

Gorgeous setting, beautifully appointed rooms, attentive, kind, professional staff. Our eight nights went by too quickly. We are eager to return. The breakfast is a vast spread of deliciousness …important for our very active days hiking and biking. The zen gardens and pool were the perfect setting to unwind after our epic days. We are grateful for Ca’n Roses warm hospitality.

Beautiful gem in the village of Sóller. This hacienda make you feel a bit in Bali thanks to the beautiful garden, the pool and the atmosphere.You feel very relaxed in all the way. The staff were just very kind and helpful (thanks Melvin and Kevin :) ). The breakfast is just on top - with only fresh and local products.We rent the Junior suite with terrace which was just perfect with our baby. The only minus was that the A/C did not reach properly the bedroom as the suite is on a two floor set. So it was a bit warm at night.We can only recommend. It made our stay in Majorca.

Hermoso

The most incredible hotel we've stayed in, a strong statement but we absolutely loved it. From the minute we arrived and were greeted by the lovely Harold we were blown away by this place. It's incredibly beautiful but also cosy, it's the perfect size that it doesn't feel too busy but there's a nice atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious, great range of options and the granola was incredible, great coffee too. All the staff were delightful and helpful. Rooms were spotless and the cleaners were fantastic, comfy beds and great aircon. Really I couldn't fault it, location is so close to everything too but lovely and quiet, we'd happily go back!!

Encantador y céntrico, fiel a su origen

(Just realised our review didn't post from our stay back in April!) Our stay at Hotel Ca’n Roses was beyond perfect. Every little detail is thought about here. Every time you walk through the door you are greeted by smiley staff and the lovely sisters who run the hotel. They are always on hand for recommendations and help booking travel during your stay.Polite and hard working gardeners keep the grounds immaculate - the outdoor space is beautiful and well kept. Housekeeping and maintenance are great at keeping the hotel and rooms spotless, they are so well organised you wouldn’t even know they’re there.Bar and kitchen staff are so attentive which makes enjoying a drink on the terrace in the evening even more enjoyable. Chef makes a fantastic homemade breakfast, from granola, seasonal fruit pots and delicious cakes.The location is superb. In the heart of Soller but quiet in the backdrop of the mountains. Rooms are beautiful. We didn’t want to leave! Thanks so much.

Wir hatten eine Familiensuite gebucht, da wir als 2 Erwachsene 2 Schlafzimmer benötigten. Wir bekamen ein großes Zimmer mit Doppelbett mit einen separatem Flur in dem 2 Einzelbetten standen. Für eine Familie mit Kindern wahrscheinlich optimal, für 2 Erwachsene nicht! Der Flurraum war ein Durchgang zum offenen Bad eine Treppe tiefer. Bei Ankunft gab es 2 Flaschen Wasser auf dem Zimmer, die wir am nächsten Tag nachordern wollten. Dabei wurde uns erklärt, dass dies Willkommenswasser sei und nicht nachgefüllt würde, bei diesen Zimmerpreisen echt peinlich. Im Flurraum brummte die Klimaanlage, die auch nach diversen Reparaturbemühungen am dritten Tag immer noch nicht reibungslos funktionierte. Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen, da im Innenhof die Musik dudelte oder die Nachbarn vom Balkon ggü. gefühlt mit im Zimmer saßen (3m Luftlinie). Die Temperaturen gingen nach unten, so dass die (immer noch brummende) Klimaanlage nicht mehr notwendig war. Seitens Management leider keinerlei Kulanz oder Entgegenkommen diesbezüglich. Wir hätten den Eindruck vermittelt es sei nicht so schlimm, hieß es. OK, also erst wenn man einen Aufstand macht wird das Problem ernst genommen, eine wiederholende Beschwerde reicht da nicht, sehr schade! Für uns kein gutes Management. Servicepersonal, Lage des Hotels, Gartenanlage und Pool sowie das Frühstück waren hervorragend. Trotzdem das Fazit: Preis-Leistung stimmt definitiv nicht
