Hotel de lujo. Buenas instalaciones, habitaciones muy limpias y amplias.Unas piscinas muy chulas y muy limpias donde no falta de nada, y una terraza con un bar que se esta de vicio, con unas muchachas muy simpáticas y muy trabajadoras, muy atentas en todos.Hotel muy bien situado, un paso de peatones y la playa, y con muchos sitios para tomar algo, y tiendas. Y sobre todo muy tranquilo, en las habitaciones no se oye nada. Nosotros contratamos pensión completa y yo creo que es de los mejores bufé libre que he visto, mucha comida y muy buena y mucha limpieza y Helena la responsable, muy atenta en todo igual que el resto de personal del hotel.Seguro que volveré, muy buena relación calidad precio.

The location is top.The rooms are very correct in terms of size.But the decoration is impersonal, a little cold.The appearance of the buffet is nickel, very clean.Ana’s omelets are the best.Buffet room looks more like a refectory than a restaurant.As often in Spain, it is located in the basement, so a little bit sad.

Hotel renovado parcialmente, con buenas vistas. En primera línea de playa. Con aparcamiento exterior a 7€. Piscina pequeña para un hotel grande.La atención es muy buena, personal muy agradable.El comedor se queda pequeño para la cantidad de gente q alberga este hotel. La comida normal.

Totalmente recomendable. Ubicación perfecta, primera línea de playa y tienes un montón de servicios cerca (farmacias, bares,heladerias) nosotros elegimos pensión completa y fue todo un acierto (horarios amplios) y gran variedad de comida.Las habitaciones son muy amplias y limpias ( cuidan el mínimo detalle).Si quieres tomarte algo por la noche, no olvides su vistas en la azotea.Pero lo mejor es el personal, educado, amable,cercano y profesional.Solo esperamos poder repetir pronto!!!

La estancia ha sido excepcional. Al realizar la reserva solo nos permitía seleccionar 2 camas separadas, y al llegar al hotel le comentamos la situación y nos dieron una cama doble con vistas a la playa, maravilloso. El restaurante muy variado, todo organizado, limpio, sus camareros muy atentos. La playa a escasos segundos del hotel. Podemos decir que el Hotel Helios le da luz y color a Almuñécar, no pienses ni un segundo en elegir otro hotel, si buscas tanto comodidad como un servicio impecable!

Nice Hotel next to beach. Friendly front desk staff, most spoke English, especially Gonzalo who called and made reservations for me even when he was very busy. Roof top bar is very nice view and everything is walking distance in town. Driving to other stops easy as well. Restaurants close and hotel restaurant very good and staff great as well. Parking is $7 reasonable for beach hotel.

Friendly welcoming staff, amazing food (definitely one of the best buffets I’ve been to) and clean spacious room. But unfortunately this is not the place for us, and I feel the reviews as well as mainly the hotels descriptions and website is very deceiving.1. The rooftop bar was closed when we arrived, they should have put on the website or somewhere that it is seasonal. Not in small print on another web page (although I still haven’t found where it says seasonal) and mid September is still nice weather so seems early for closing.2. The live singer entertainment was by far not anywhere near as good as the on street busker ( we heard a lovely man playing his guitar outside which was nice). Bingo might be more appropriate for the audience here.3. There is not really a jacuzzi (unless you count the one in the pay-as-you go spa which does not really overlook the Mediterranean, and the pool outside isn’t heated4. The vibe is just not for us, which we would have known if the hotel was honest in its advertisement/ descriptions.5. Unfortunately we found the bed so uncomfortable my partner could not sleep on our second night and we decided to cut our stay short. Perhaps a better nights rest would’ve meant a slightly better review.Lovely hotel for some people but I would steer clear if you are under 30 looking for more vibe and a comfortable bed. The hotel should change the wording in their main page about the rooftop bar as there is nothing about it being seasonal in the main description and they should change other wording and descriptions and images , and they should invest in better live entertainment and beds.

Un hotel excepcional. Muy bonito, moderno, tranquilo y con un personal de 10: desde recepción hasta los propios camareros que no pueden ser más atentos.Un hotel de 4 estrellas sin duda, aunque tiene 3.Una grata experiencia.

What a beautiful place...we came here the first time some years ago for only a night or two and ended up staying longer. The next year we booked a week and eventually stayed 9nights... This year we again booked for a week and are now already staying the 12th nights....The place is spotless clean. The staff is super friendly and the value for money can not be matched easily.Once again thanks to the team for an amazing stay.
