Excellent yoga class, for all stages: I've arthritis in my hips and find that I can do most postures even if slowly; I love the flow of the class and find it much better than holding postures for ages.

Hatha and Vinyasa flow class suitable for all levels. Nicole is a very experienced teacher and brings so much enthusiasm for our enjoyment of the practice. Always a good mix of breathing, warm up, postures and relaxation. Super studio spacious and natural light. Chat over a tea in the garden afterwards, whats not to love ?! Highly recommended.

I had the good fortune to be in Spain over the summer and was looking for a yoga class to help me wind down after a turbulent few months - what a find! I cannot recommend this class highly enough. I hadn't practised yoga for 24 years and was a little anxious but I need not have worried. Nicole is an excellent teacher and genuinely interested in and friendly to all of her students. The other attendees are all very welcoming and the opportunity to chat over refreshments after the class is a bonus. I was lucky to get in 5 classes before the August break and was inspired enough to find a class and carry on practising when I got back to England.

Una muy buena profesora que importe clases a todos los niveles. Tiene muuuuucha experiencia y sus clases son para todo el mundo, es fácil adaptarse si no tienes experiencia y son buenas clases si tienes buena base y poder seguir con tu práctica habitual. Recomiendo sus clases!

The yoga classes in Buena Vista Club are a win for our beautiful area. The classes are very well structured and suitable for every level. For me this is the best thing I can do. Nicole is a great teacher I really enjoy the classes. After the classes I feel very well in my body and I’m noticing that my mind is getting calm.
