I have used these guys several times now and had the pleasure to use a couple of their properties. On one occasion they found my family and I a property when we arrived in the office as we had been let down by an owner and had no place to stay. Asetspain went the extra mile that day! Absolutely not recommended!As a keyholding service, a disaster. Our guests were left with a completely dirty apartment, which was really embarrassing. We had to refund the guests' money. At the end of a stay, guests are not checked. Also, no checklist is kept, it is normal for glasses to stick or inventory to diminish. Aset Spain buys new towels on its own authority and of course charges the owner for them even if he had only bought a complete hotel set in the same calendar year and if you try to talk about it, you don't get a word in edgewise. Angela Hay is a master of invoicing. As a customer or business partner you are treated like a subject. Quality zero. After almost all guests complained about the unfriendly greetings and arrogant behaviour, we are glad not to be in the clutches of this bad company anymore. This cooperation has cost us a lot of nerves and money.
