Hi, happy to provide more details in English as it’s easier for me. I went to the studio located close to Artes y Sciencas and was very impressed by the equipment & beautiful studio. I missed doing pilates and was looking forward to weekly sessions. I attended 2 sessions in total with 2 different instructors and I hated both sessions- both trainers were rude & their instruction methods was annoying & stressful. I find the method used at the studio - everybody does all the exercises in complete unison- reminiscent of a military camp & not a fun pilates class. I wanted to love this studio but with those instruction methods & rude instructors I won’t be back.Edit on February 14th: I saw the answer from the owner of the studio basically blaming me for not booking x amount of private lessons prior to attending group classes - clearly my critical review has been completely misunderstood. The point was not me not being able to do the excersises due to lack of practice or knowledge- the point is the idiotic instruction method of „we stop the whole class if we’re not excersising im complete unison“. There are days when you simply feel slower or wish to skip a position bc your body doesn’t want it - impossible in the military style instruction offered by this studio. Not respectful of individual needs & stressful as a result

Las clases genial, en grupos de máximo 8 personas. Te dan acceso a su app gratuita con la que puedes cambiar tu horario hasta última hora, y además tienen un montón de clases a lo largo del día.

He descubierto este maravilloso centro de pilates con máquinas por mi zona, próx. a CC Aqua, y no puedo estar más encantado, trato exquisito y profesores muy cualíficados. Sin duda un acierto

Un sitio excelente con buenos profesionales. Son mucho más flexibles con el tema de horarios que otros sitios similares.Lo recomiendo al 100%.

Ofrecen amplitud de horario, grupos reducidos y flexibilidad para cambiar las clases, además de un trato cercano y profesional. Muy recomendable para quienes busquen disfrutar de buenas clases de Pilates!
