Following my visit to A Place in the Sun exhibition, London. I was put in contact with George. He spoke in depth with me about my requirements, location, budget etc.He liaised with all the agents in Mojacar.I went over for a weekend with friends and met with George who showed me the different areas and went into detail about things I would never have thought about.Upon my return to the Uk he sent me various properties and arranged all the viewings when I returned to Mojacar with my husband two weeks later. He explained the buying process and dealt with the agents on my behalf.He found us exactly what we wanted and arranged for us to meet with an English speaking solicitor, which he accompanied us to, to make sure we knew exactly what was happening.I cannot thank George enough for all his help, expertise and kindness in helping us find our apartment. A dream he is making a reality. He is even sorting out an electrician to make some adjustments we require. I feel I could ask George any question about the local area or recommendations of tradesmen and feel in safe hands.We hopefully complete on the apartment at the end of September.I would 100% recommend George to anyone who is interested in buying a property in Spain.
