Sepserve (Ginés Galera García)

Siento tener que escribir esta reseña pero quién se aprovecha de la ignorancia de nuestros mayores no se merece otra cosa.Ginés, eres un estafador (si estafar es cobrar por un trabajo no realizado).Has ido a limpiar unas bajantes de una comunidad de vecinos y en menos de 10 minutos has decidido que ya estaba limpio y les has cobrado 150€.Posteriormente hemos auscultado las bajantes con cámara de visión y ohhhhhh sorpresa!!!! Estaban atoradas.Sigue así, la comarca es pequeña y el boca a boca funciona.Que te sienten bien los 150€ que has estafado hoy.

Had a blockage toilet/ pipe work. We couldn't shower or use one of the toilets.Very quick response from Sepserve and the guys worked until the problem was sorted. Very messy and smelly but so grateful it was sorted out in a couple of hours.

Servicio trato y puntualidad perfecto.

Called sepserve out to empty our septic tank and clean drains as one of our 3 toilets was not flushing correctly.They came out emptied the septic tank put the hose down the drain and flushed it out (cost €150) within 1 day of having it done it was worse than before.We called them back they took the problem toilet out put the hose down again used our bathroom mats to mop dirty water up and flooded our bathroom and hall way from the bathroom with toilet water and then said the septic tank was full....remarkable after 1 day. Charged us another €130 didnt empty the pozo while here on both visits but Gines told the office he had done it but i did it after he had left. They were also going to leave after the 2nd visit without putting the toilet back we had to ask . We contacted the office ask why we had been charged again and she said the septic tank was full and he had cleaned the pozo out. but no they didnt and it seems that we have been charged twice for a job that could have been done once properly. Is this the way to treat pensioners ....No they are just con men/scammers.Please avoid using them there are better trustworthy companies than sepserve.
